Went in there this time last year for some early morning fizz to celebrate dad's 50th before our journey to Edinburgh. Arrived around 7/8am ish and they couldn't of been more accomodating. Had a couple of glasses and got some advice on our preferences. Don't normally 'do' champagne but this was a great way to start the day.

The hamburger with Stilton and bacon was perfectly prepared. Our table was off to the side with space for bulky luggage. Yet we could see the train schedule from the window. I recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting a quiet rendezvous before hopping on the eurail.

Nice start to a trip to the theatre in london.Best chips and olives I've ever had. Lovely blanket to keep you warm and heater under the table. Champagne also very good, lady looking after us helped to choose just what we liked.

Myself and Wifey have been several times now, order the bottle of choice and you get wonderful service, what's not to love.

It was a little cold at the Platform bar but it was the 20th if January and blankets were provided. The house champagne is very good as was the service. The chunky chips were out of this world (and I don’t normally like chunky). Great mini burgers too. It was the perfect start to the evening out.

I won the cocktail masterclass competition recently and went last night with a few of my friends to celebrate my birthday. We all thought The cocktail master class was brilliant. The cocktails were first class. A really good mix with quality fresh ingredients. The Host Kevin was great and the food we ordered was really tasty. Thy catered to my allergy with no problems too. We would all highly recommend and will be back.

We enjoyed good champagne cocktails. We were celebrating birthdays and exchanging gifts and along came a plate of sweets with a happy birthday message! So we started our day in style. �

Has to be done! Absolutely spot on with drinks - of course - including wonderful raspberry Bellini much better than Selfridges rooftop bar! Excellent professional, first class service - food included in Bookatable offer - not wonderful but didnt really go for the food. Definitely return.

Food was excellent. We had a deal for 3 courses with bubbles for £28. We are inside. Thought it was good value. Nice and quiet away from the bustle of the station.... service very friendly. Would recommend.

Called in on way home from weekend of Rugby. Treat from husband a quick glass. Greeted and served quickly with a smile.

Until our next visit cheers!

A late lunch after drinks at the champagne bar. It was quiet however the service was nicely attentive and the food was good. Would I return - yes most certainly.

It was ok. We went in the champagne bar on the platform and was told it was table service as we walked in. We sat down but nobody came. We were there for a good 10 minutes, so we got up to leave. Then one of the staff saw us about to leave, and came over to serve us. We went back and ordered our drinks. Then they didn't have what my wife wanted. The staff didnt really seem too bothered that we were there. It wasn't that memorable an experience.

We pre-booked on Wed, with menu on-line, got call to say menu changed, so picked again only to arrive on Sat teatime to be advised at the door it had changed yet again-we had to pick our new food AT THE DOOR!! Really !!! Would expect to at least have been shown to our seats to do this. Food was OK, but could get better elsewhere, but we wanted to go somewhere special after the matinee & finish off our great day. service was good, felt disappointed with front of house’s attitude to us & head waiter was also a bit off with us! Tried it done it won’t go back

Less than half full, service non existent. Had to ask to order three times- order wrong, and incomplete ( no coffee!) and very snotty attitude.
