This is a real MRI. The mid to lower cervical vertebra are not moving properly. You cannot exercise this movement better. Movement of the cervical spine is literally brain food and is required for our brain to function properly. When we move our spine, in particular the cervical spine the brain lights up. An improperly moving spine therefore means we have an improperly stimulated brain. Chiropractors don’t make you smarter but they do make your spine move and a moving spine makes brain food. I went to see Krister initially for sciatica, which was fixed almost immediately. I noticed other benefits too - I have had problems with my knees and hips for years and find that regular visits help manage this discomfort. I'm able to be a lot more active and generally am more comfortable.

Krister is great - very friendly and warm. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I went to see Kris about my sore neck, and he gave me answers about my back pain and numbness in my foot that I had not managed to get from years of speaking to medical doctors. There are not many chiropractors with Kris's knowledge and the ability to see the full picture in terms of your recovery. I am living in the US now and I wish I could find someone with his skills.

I still miss Kris! The best, most professional chiropractor I have ever been to. Thorough, expert, attentive and caring. All round package which is rare. Kris has the highest levels of training and ongoing professional development that keep him and the team up to date and current with their treatments and knowledge. Wish I could book in! No one has worked as well for my manipulation.

I have been to the Clinic on many occasions over the years. I find all staff professional, friendly and so so good at what they do. Fixed my back on numerous occasions.....Great massage therapists as well.....

I have been going to Kris for my chiropractic treatment in London for the best part of 8 years now. I have seen a lot of chiropractors since being a teenager, so I can recommend Kris with confidence! He is extremely professional, knowledgable and in tune with all of the latest studies and techniques in his area and beyond. He successfully treated my existing back and shoulder issues and got me back on the hockey pitch week in week out each season for a number of years! More recently, he also helps me significantly with the treatment of a long-term chronic illness.

I had a shoulder impingement that I'd seen a number of doctors, physios and consultants about over a period of about 9 months; I'd had MRI scans, cortisone injections and was looking at a sub-acromial decompression operation when a friend recommended I see Krister.



Simply put, Kris fixed the issue over the next few months with no need for the operation. What I appreciated most was that he was the first person to really explain what was causing the problem and what I needed to do - with his help - to make it go away.



I'm very grateful for what he did and on that basis I highly recommend his services

I have another visit in the morning, I'm so excited and looking forward to attending, but also for that feeling of wellbeing after the visit, I felt and feel energised and walked so tall after just one visit, makes sense to make Sensus a part of my life going forward.
