This 2 hour workshop is designed to introduce you to Crystals and to demonstrate how you can use them with meditation and visualisation. Crystal Healing is an holistic and natural therapy. It is a healing and energy based system which affects our own energy on a physical, emotional & spiritual level. This introduction evening can progress on to a one day workshop where you will learn about the geology, history, some of the many individual crystals and... how to work with them on the Chakras to give a Crystal treatment.
The workshop is just £25 and includes a tea/coffee and a slice of home-made cake!
The course is run by Denise Beecham who is a teacher of Holistic Therapies.
Denise was awarded the 2016 most Inspirational Tutor of the year by the Association of Reflexologists and has an extensive knowledge of Crystals

Great atmosphere and enjoyed looking at the variety of gifts available. Just had to buy one of the pretty Christmas Wreaths to hang outside our front door. Highly recommend this welcoming tea shop.
