Went with my grandkids to one of their kids pamper party's they had a great time and the staff did a fab job with the girls they all looked gorgeous after their pampering would highly recommend it x

Claire has years and years of experience with hair and this shows.. she does a fantastic job everytime I get my hair done and I always love it....had my eyebrows done for the first time today by Lynsey the beautican... all i can say is wow, never imagined that a simple eyebrow wax and tint would look soo amazing...i love it... looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend to anyone ����

I have now had two lovely experiences at the Serenity salon. First an amazing back massage by the very skilled Lynsey and an amazing colour and cut by the amazingly talanted Claire. And today ive had lashes done by the lovely lynsey which look proper amazing and my nails redone for Autumn by the great and talented Zane ended with watching Paula do some wicked halloween make-up. Lovely environment with amazing staff. Would definately recommend to anyone!!! �����

Had my eyebrows wax by paula always used her has done fab job has always.. treated myself to a lovely back massage by lyndsey. Feel realxed n bk feels great thanks again.. great prices to :). Though i think needs goin up little bit xx

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was one of the competition winners and went in for my deep conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry this morning. I had a lovely morning, was made to feel very welcome! My hair was long, ratty and straw like due to the bright colours I use but when I left my hair felt and looked amazing! Thank you claire! I will definitely be coming back! I even managed to sneak in an eyebrow wax with the gorgeous lynsey! Thank you again for making me feel less like a homeless person and more like me again!

Fantastic full body massage with the lovely funny Helen. Very good attention to detail and friendly efficient service. Last massage I had elsewhere was like an interrogation with chatting but Helen lets you relax and only talks when you do which I like. Will definately recommend Serenity Hair and Beauty for a massage. Great value too!! Get booked in!!
