I joined shapers gym in orp September 2013 - after having a course of London Lipo treatment on my thighs and losing 17” I enjoyed using the gym so much during my lipo treatment I became a member and have been going ever since. The gym is very welcoming with friendly and helpful staff who always come up with new personalised exercise programs when they review my progress to keep me motivated which is great. The staff are always willing to help if you need it and the other members are very friendly too which gives the gym a great atmosphere to work out in, if your looking to join a gym in orp choose shapers I still enjoy it just as much now as when I first joined!
