Shastar Vidya - Brixton

Brixton's very first Sanatan Shastar Vidiya class. We teach a traditional Indian system of martial arts, which combines yoga, meditation and various forms of combat including but not limited to grappling, self-defence, swordsmanship and battle strategy.
