You would never think you were playing golf in London, 18 hole course, not terribly long but you need to be fairly accurate.

It has amazing views from its terrace or have a beer or two from its newly refurbished lounge bar.

It's also open for membership and at present there is no joining fee.

We held my Grandads wake here nothing was to much trouble bar staff were more than happy to help and Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Would defiantly recommend for a venue!

This is a friendly acessable golf club in SE London. Less than four miles from Canary Wharf. The course is a great test and fun to play. Come and take a look yourself.

Nice friendly staff. Love the new refurbished function room/bar.

Just had s lovely lunch up club today , and Chris the bar manager did a quiz which was fun now looking forward to race night on Friday

I was invited to DJ at this event on Saturday and I will say that the bar staff are great they know how to keep everyone happy from the DJ to the customers.

Very fast at the bar wont be waiting around long to order your drinks.

Great place to hold a party over looking the golf course and parts of London!

I played here yesterday with thanks to the head green keeper . I am the head Groundsman at Charlton Fc I would just like to say I had a fantastic evening the course is in fantastic condition Craig should be very proud of his course ⛳️⛳️⛳️⛳️

I love Shooters hill golf club because it has everything lovely course the greens are well looked after and there is a good social side always something going on the entertainment is great and the food is very good and the staff are very friendly in all a very good club

Had lunch today. Meals were all lovely. Recommend the ham egg and chips and jacket potato. Will be back.

Great course very well kept , the greens are really very good .... Going again tomos will let you know :-)

Great condition, decent greens just a tad short

First visit to Shooters Hill on the longest and hottest day of 2017 as a guest of member Bill Harris. This was an excellent experience on a well maintained golf course which has variety and challenges on every hole either in teeing locations through the trees or tricky to read greens. It is situated in a lovely location with views of the south east at various points around the course. That said, it is quiet and apart from a few fairways that run close to the busy road you are totally unaware that it is so close to London. The course looks superb with its many varieties of mature trees. The Clubhouse is quaint as you would expect from a club formed in 1903, but well appointed with its facilities and furniture. Lunch was excellent and the members I met were very friendly. I hope to revisit Shooters Hill at some future date

First time playing here yesterday and did two rounds of 18. Great course with some decent variation and very well looked after. Will definitely be back!

Another great meal by George, the Rotary club of woolwich meet every Monday at SHOTERSHILL GC!

A little bit of paradise in the art of the south is London countryside. Friendly members and staff. Also a course in great condition what more could a golfer asked for

What a fantastic little gem just outside the heart of London.

The course was in great condition for this time of year and the green although challenging was some of the best I’ve playing on.

From the golf pro to the people in the bar I want to say a big thank you for making us feel welcome.

Already looking forward to coming back for another game.

The only problem was service of food at a wedding i attended 28/4 the food was still being served as speeches were trying to be done. All else was good.

Interesting layout, lots of unusual holes, which is quite nice and a different challenge than other places. The short par 3’s are all great little holes.



The 7th is the stupidest hole I’ve ever played, hit a 4 iron down the middle rolled out to the bottom of the fairway and it all feeds right, to be completely blocked out by trees.



Course is in reasonable knick, the greens were top dressed which I didn’t know about until I arrived but they still rolled reasonably true, quickish down hill, slowish up the hill, they are sneaky slopey and easy to under read putts, which was a nice challenge.
