Simon Paul Foundation Description
The Simon Paul Foundation provides support and advice to enable our physically disabled clients to live independently in the community. Our staff are experts in the field of physical disability and have a detailed understanding of current issues and statutory regulations, health and social care etc. We work with clients to help them develop their own 'person-centred' plan, enabling them to have more choice and control over the type of support they need, which can be purchased through a Government funded personalised budget . We offer advice on a whole range of issues including recruiting and managing paid personal (care) assistants, specialist equipment and adaptations in the home, and opportunities to access community facilities, and holidays.
