This is an example of our “Full Face Approach”. We sat our patient forward half way through her procedure, having completed her left side only. Our patient complained of hollowness under her eyes, and loss of cheek volume. We explained that cheek fillers alone will help in a number of ways, as illustrated: _ 1) Juvederm Voluma injections along the zygoma and in the subobicularis oculi fat compartment.
