Skreens Park Activity Centre

Yesterday the 10 th june was the 1s time in 40years i have been to the camp site .and i hope to go back soon .but not 40 years this time lol

We took my Scouts, Cubs and Beavers to Skreens this weekend. The weather was great, the staff were excellent, the site was well maintained and the facilities/activities were first class. We would still have had a good time if the weather had been poor, but it helped that it wasn't. We will return in the near future. Top marks.

We had a really fantastic time on a Beavers and Cubs Family Camp. Loads more activities to do than we had time for in a weekend, loads of space for wide games and the rest too. A peaceful and safe-feeling site, with good showers (could use a few benches in the shower block for dumping clothes), and good kitchen facilities in the accommodation block we hired.

Took my cubs for kayaking and climbing. All the instructors were amazing and so supportive of all the children. They really tailored their style to each child’s needs and got all of them to achieve their best. Thank you to Hannah and the team.

My son had a great birthday party with all his friends bery accomadating to my younger children too. Thoroughly recommend

Mega Camp 2018 outstanding kind staff and very kind and great Cubs Scouts and leaders it was a great pleasure in cutting them all up lol to put fake wounds on them.

Lovely park ,the guy doing the long bow tuition “John “ was fantastic had a bit of a history lesson throughout the day, my husband was a bit unsure but we both thoroughly enjoyed the day and would definitely go back

I had my sons birthday party at the centre, well organised, the boys loved it, great instructor and well worth the money and u could choose which activities you wanted.

I didn't see much of site as I was part of the cooking team. The service crew were friendly and helpful. The only negative comment is that the oven in Tinley was quite tricky to light and one of my colleagues singed her hair. This may be avoided by a clearer instructions in the kitchen.

The young people all had a good time.

Had a great weekend with 2nd Springfield Guides this weekend. Weather was cold, wind was sharp but beautiful blue skies!

Had a great time with my Brownies at Skreens last night! Lovely clean site, super facilities and our Activity Instructor Sam was so helpful and good with the girls! Thanks so so much, we will definitely be visiting again!

Great weekend at Skreens for Bicknacre’s Birthday camp. Both of the buildings were in great shape and the new high ropes course is really starting to take shape.

Can’t wait to come back in the autumn so our young people can enjoy it.

Absolutely brilliant place to camp. We went with scouts for a week and they loved it. The team are fantastic. Andy went out of his way to help us all the time. They did a great Campfire and got everyone involved. They have so many activities to choose from and the Lake is brilliant. Skreens Park could not of got a better team to run the site.

Benfleet district Camp for the weekend in the Tinsley building, with brownies and guides.

4 activties, lots of food and craft.
