It's the holidays!!!! Skylab will now be closed for 2 weeks, but just to let you know that we will still run Sunday drop-in classes for those that don't want to lose their fitness over the festive season! Meanwhile eat, drink and be merry and we'll see ya on the flip side to work it all off ;))
Skylab will be closed for the Christmas holidays but there will still be SUNDAY CLASSES!!! So for those that need a Pop Fit / Aerial Yoga fix Stah will be keeping those going... perfect to work off all that turkey lol!
It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas... and we'll have Santa in the area today at our Secret Santa Showcase! Who's coming? - the students have been working very hard and have got some awesome routines to show off. Plus there'll be presents and prizes, mince pies and more! Show starts 5pm and all are very welcome!

We're getting very excited about the Secret Santa Showcase!!! Who's coming??? Please invite all friends and family because we're going to have a ton of fun! Santa will be bringing a sack full of goodies so there'll be presents, prizes, amazing performers, mince pies and much merriment for all.

Things are hotting up in the studio ready for our Secret Santa Showcase on Saturday 15th December at 5pm... The students are practicing like mad, Santa is choosing which beard to wear, the elves are filling up the Santa sack and of course the reindeers are getting ready to errr fly... So are you getting ready for this... because it's going to be goooooood! Please invite friends and family and we'll see you there...
Shout out to anyone who wants to perform an aerial routine... we need more people for our Christmas showcase (15th December 5pm) so if you're interested please get in touch... It doesn't have to be a highly polished routine - it can be a work in progress... Great opportunity for those who want experience in front of a supportive audience.
WHAT'S YOUR FAVE THEME??? Thanks to those who contributed some great ideas for showcase themes... we now have waaaaay too many!!! So I think best way now is to vote in and most popular themes will be picked (we need 4 for next year). Btw if it was your idea you'll be winning a prize!!
