Wednesday 7-8.30pm for some good fun and fitness. No experience needed just come along and give it a go. We have players of all ages so no excuse for mum and dad's...come along and play.

Do it...get involved! Sleaford RFC Ladies are starting their pre-season training this Wednesday, 19th July at 7pm! If you didn't make it to our recruitment night...don't worry! It's never too late to start! All shapes and sizes...just female and aged 17 or over. No special equipment needed to start out, just sports clothing and trainers...and what's more...it's FREE to train!

Touch rugby is cancelled on Wednesday 11th due to unforseen circumstances.
Football is coming home so need to ensure the English lads see it home in the barge and bottle as will most of you.
Normal service resumed on 18th, when with luck new bling will be in the cabinet.
