Started slimming world just over 3 years ago, I attend the 3.30 class on monday with sw janice northside. Its completely changed my life, having now lost 15 and a half stone. The support from janice was amazing, there every step of the way, helping me see that by following the plan I could live a full life and eat well. I would encourage anyone thinking about it to join us, its such a friendly group. Full of support, and tips. The best decision I have ever made 😁😁

Ive been running 3/5 times a week for a couple of years, eating less & less and not loosing any weight. I joined Rhonda's Templemore SlimmingWorld group after recommendations from my boss. In the first 3 weeks I lost 10lb & I'm eating loads more than before. I never feel hungry & my running has greatly improved. The dishes are delicious and you can still have a daily treat �

I went every tue at 3.30pm without fail,so now i just need a shove back on them scales

I go to the wf hotel on a monday night at 530 class with consultant georgina the best consultant in derry

I go to the Waterfoot class the people r so nice n friendly

I go to Slimming World Chapel Road on Wednesday with Carey Ann 5.30 group. Great support, inspiration & motivation. Would encourage anyone who is thinking about it to just do it! Best decision I ever made! Groups at 9.30am & 7.30pm too.
