I had some warranty work done recently to my s max and was very very happy with the service that I received from the team there. A special thank you to dee in the service department. She is one of the nicest and accommodating people I have ever meet. She and her team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in getting my car to and from the garage. Dee is a credit and an asset to the service team. Thanks again dee and thanks to the team.

Simple easy! Walk in buy car walk out. For us we knew what we wanted. The staff were helpful but not pushy, knowledgeable but not constantly waffleing. Went above and beyond with the test drive.

We now own a ST Kuga and pick it up next week. Very happy customer. 👍👍

Recently bought a Ford Edge, the car is awesome and the staff were very helpful, not pushy and was very accommodating to my needs especially financially. Liam the salesman was very good at his job and nothing was too much trouble for him or anyone. So thanks everyone for the help

Just purchased my ford fiesta ecoboost lovely little car and big thanks the Shane who is a top bloke and very helpful would 100% recommend to anyone

I don't know where my old review went, but I'll write it again :) I was sold an unroadworthy car by a local dealership 8 months ago. I've had 8 months of problems and battles with the finance company and the car garage in question. two weeks ago my car seized up and the car garage then burnt my clutch out in front of me. I was left with a 2k repair bill, 6.5k on finance and a car potentially worth naff all. I rang Suzuki up and they said to come in with my contract. Kieran and Peter worked their magic and I am now the proud driver of a brand new car on 0% finance. They settled my old finance early, and gave me so much help and assistance. They explained everything to me thoroughly and made me aware of everything. The fact I can change my car in 3 years is a huge bonus and I can now drive knowing me and my children are safe. (Sorry Sophie but your car design won me over - my husband, not so much lol) I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone. Thank you guys so much.. Roll on 5:30 tomorrow!

Excellent customer service from Craig farmer, massive help when I picked up a screw in my tire and had no lock in wheel nut. Cross checked all their master sets till we found a match then changed the wheel for me. 5*

2 weeks ago I was given the idea to contact ford to tell them how Jake loves their cars. For anyone that knows Jake you will know his obsession for ford in particular. Never did I expect what was to come... We are blown away with their response and utter kindness for our special boy. Starting with the manager of ford Jamie coming to our house on Jake's birthday with lots of gifts and cards and also a personal invitation for Jake to go to their garage. We went today. Jake was shown around the garage and made to feel a proper superstar. Going out for test drives in their cars and to top it all we have been given a brand new ford edge car to use for the entire weekend. What am amazing team at Ford SMC sittingbourne. Thank you for giving Jake a birthday to remember and making all his dreams come true ���

Went here to order a new car could not park as there was no disabled parking. Then had to wait 25 minutes to be ignored by all the sales team. Then walked out and asked for a brochure only to be told to wait another 5 mins. All while other customers were being seen. Shocking service will never use this place for servicing and sales ever again

The receptionist is useless says she get someone to call back and never does and why it take them a whole day to change a set of keys over it’s beyond me! Book cars/vans in with an appointment time and slot instead of keeping them for the whole day and not being able to even tell us if it’s been looked at or if it’s even nearly ready at 4 o’clock since you have had it from 9.30! To add an update you call at 5.40 to say it’s ready then when we get there the van is blocked in by a car that has a flat battery and you expected us to pushed the car out the way! Disgraceful

Poor service from SMC they have had my vehicle since 9am today & it’s still not been looked at,I suspect if I was a paying customer and it was not a warranty job it would have been done at midday & they would have produced my invoice.



Customer service from the service desk is non existent no one actually thought of calling myself to advise or update on the status of the vehicle inspection a whole day wasted & will have to re book with a ford dealer that can complete the job !



Shambles avoid at all costs

My daughter's car has been here since 7:30 this morning for a service and Mot. At 4pm the MOT still not been done. What a waste of space these people are.
