I was on the first day of my holiday in Jersey and managed to break my tooth. I have never had to use dental services in Jersey before so I was unsure of what to do. I rang the clinic and had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely lady who said they could see me the following morning. When I arrived at the clinic, the lady at reception was lovely, efficient, helpful and I was very struck by how clean and modern the clinic was. I was seen by a very pleasant male dentist and his female dental assistant, I'm so sorry I didn't get their names as I would like to thank them personally on here. They gave my tooth a thorough examination. Explained what the options were and then repaired the tooth. The whole experience was pain free, I was kept informed of everything they were doing, they made sure I was comfortable throughout the repair. I can't thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend the Smile dental clinic to anyone. Wonderful service. Thank you.

I had to visit your clinic while on holiday last week for I had a sore mouth my front tooth and gum above was sore and red and swollen.
I was met by a very nice girl and friendly who told me to fill in a medical form on a tablet which was easy to do.
Then was told to leave the clinic and go to another clinic found the corner for my checkup, this was strange and surprised me I had never had to do that before , to be honest I didn't like that idea.

When I arrived I was met by friendly staff and told to wait few mins, the dentist called me in and was very nice and friendly also, she xrayed my mouth and checked it over quite quickly, she thought I had an infection in the root of the tooth and prescribed antibiotics, and explained what my own dentist should do if needed treatment. The x-ray didn't come out well on large sheet only a tiny one came out, so she took two photos with my Mobile of the screen to keep and show my dentist at home.

I was pleased with my overall checkup and the dentist who I met she was very nice and helpful.
Cost wasnt to bad.

After two days of treatment my mouth felt much better thank God. I still have bit of swelling but not as bad bit red, but nothing like I had on holiday it was very sore and infected.

I have an appointment tomorrow with my own Dentist .

Thank you for seeing me so quickly and for all your help it was much appreciated and for your friendly staff which makes a big difference when on holiday and in pain.

Being in the same building for everything would be better.

I was really, really nervous but the whole team ere simply amazing! Louise in reception was so kind and welcoming. Louise the dentist was professional, calm and very, very gentle and gave clear advice on what the options were and finally, the surgeon Damian Korzuch was simply a genius! I thought he was just prodding about and "bingo" my tooth was out! Cannot possibly recommend these guys highly enough. AMAZING

First visit to this practice upon recommendation. Damian and his assistant completely put me at ease (I am an extremely nervous patient) and were both thoroughly professional and kind. Although only my first appointment, I have many more ahead and I am sufficiently confident to go ahead with the treatment. Thank you both!

I was visiting Jersey as a tourist in the beginning of July. Unfortunately I broke a piece of a tooth. The @Smile dental clinic was super good. Quick to give me an appointment, and very qualified, helpful and pleasant with their acute help. Highly recommended.

The Clinic itself has a nice feel to it, more like a salon than medical premises, very relaxing.
Virtually no waiting times for appointments, very organised.
I am a nervous patient to say the least, I never felt uncomfortable during any of my visits.
The reminder texts before appointments and the follow up phone call the next day after my sedation to see how I was were a nice touch.
Very reasonable pricing.
The work itself, well let's just say they gave me something to smile about as well as something to smile with.

Highly recommended.

Best patient care experienced on the island, very friendly and patient centred care provided by a very smiley team! For someone who has a slight fear of going to the dentist I've never been made to feel so comfortable! Very good indeed! And affordable too!
