I have always had pleasant and helpful experiences when shopping in this store, from the fitting of car seats, to first aid when my son hurt his ankle on the escalator.



Today I entered their prize draw in store and to my shock as I was walking past later I heard my name called and that I’d won a £50.00 gift card. Very helpful with my sons’ birthday just around the corner.

I bought a remote control car for my son's birthday. I made my purchase online at the end of October, in preparation for his birthday in December. Everything was fine until he opened his present yesterday to play with it, & we discovered that the car was badly damaged. It honestly looked like it had been returned & accidentally sent back out.

I emailed the company, I also spoke to Janet from customer services at the Crayford branch, & she was incredibly sympathetic & helpful.

I've ordered from this company a few times in the past & never had any issues; this genuinely seemed like an odd mistake. We returned the car to the store tonight & the employees at Crayford were very helpful & we made the exchange without any problems at all (I ensured to have the emailed reciept etc at the ready as suggested by Janet when I spoke to her).

So far on the lead up to christmas I've had a few bad experiences with online shopping & dealing with terrible customer services, & I can honestly say it was a delight to finally deal with a competant company with friendly employees! My partner & I will definitely be making the trip back to the Crayford branch for some christmas shopping :)

I bought "My First Scooter" last autumn but some of the screw always fell of therefore not safe for my toddler. Contacted customer service they advised me to go to my local store.

Which I did yesterday, the manager/ supervisor didn't let me finish my sentence nor see my receipt or the email correspondence with the customer service, he turn around and came back with a new one. Super service was really pleased with the speedy and smooth service, thank you �.

Got all my kids Xmas presents this weekend. Competitive prices, pleased with choice in store.
