Snow+Rock Chertsey

We were assisted by a staff member cslled Louise Frost who has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful with lots of knowledge about the products. A great variety of clothing and accessories which are set out in easy to find catergories. The store is spacious and clean with tidy racks and good access. Would definitely buy from them again.

The staff here aren't just sales assistants, they are knowledgeable about the products in store and give great advice. Well done Snow and Rock Chertsey. Well worth the shopping trip yesterday. Thanks for your help.

I am new to road riding and I am prepping for a 100 mile ride. So, after the most recent 65 mile pre ride, I woke up in a lot of pain, not the usual sore muscles pain, but real joint pain. With a week to go until the 100, panic set in. A good friend of mine suggested taking the bike to Snow and Rock in Chertsey as it could be the bike setup. Being Sunday lunch time I thought my efforts would meet with "sorry we are too busy". But no, I was invited to pop down to see Nick, the bike man and Nick the foot ware chap. Although busy, both Nicks would be able to offer advice. Just bring the bike and cycle shoes. Long story short, Nick, the bike man, checked and found my bike settings were not set correctly, by this I mean set really badly. So whilst on the bike, in store, Nick went about his dark art of adjustments. Needless to say, all the adjustments made the bike feel like a custom made machine. Next, Nick the footwear chap then checked my cycling shoes (a good make), and my stance, Nick advised the shoe fit was not perfect, certainly not ideal for a 100 mile ride and my foot insole was adding to my knee pain. I decided to get some custom made insoles to correct my stance and also cycle rotation. These were made, in store, whilst I waited. No need to return in the week, they would squeeze me in today to help!. Bearing in mind the store was pretty busy, both Nick and Nick were Awesome, the customer service, advice and help were second to none... scrub that, class leading. What's even more amazing is that I did not buy the bike or cycle shoes from Snow and Rock. However, from now on all bikes, shoes, accessories, clothing, nutrition will be purchased from Snow and Rock. It's great to see real enthusiasm for just wanting to help the customer. Gutted I did not start my introduction to cycling there in the very beginning. Top work Nick and Nick. Thank you.

Had my skis fully serviced last week, today the front binding self destructed half way down a remote black. Really not impressed (I paraphrase!). lost pretty much 4hrs skiing having to get down the mountain on one ski! Would only recommend to my worst enemy :(
