I have had a great day with a very challenging fit. Nat came in who hates shopping for shoes as she has Talipes two size difference on each foot. Her mum dragged her in after 50 mins we were all laughing and Nat left with a smile and two pairs of shoes. That has made my day....I love my job.

Would highly recommend Soles with heart in West Malling. Just been with my little man who has ginormous feet which are so wide they are off the scale so has to go up several sizes and I always have a battle with the shop assistants to allow him to try the next 2 sizes up that shopping for shoes become a chore but Michelle was amazing and calm and really friendly. She really knows her stuff and has loads of shoes in stock. She didn't mind getting 4 different styles out for him and then immediately knew which pair of white trainers would be good for school. (They also accept the love local life card too).

What an amazing little shop. After searching other high street shoe shops for shoes suitable to fit my daughters orthotic insoles we came away with 3 gorgeous pairs of shoes and a very happy young lady. What a lovely shopping experience, very professional but relaxed. We will be back x

Went to this shop for the first time today after a recommendation from a friend and just had to post a review to say how excellent they were my little girl is two and they really took time measuring her and making sure the shoes I picked would be correct for her growing feet , thoroughly recommend them and will be back in the next few weeks for school shoes for my little boy

We've spent a lot of time recently trying to find trainers to fit my son who has a narrow heel and seems to be between sizes at the moment :-) We were passing Soles With Heart yesterday and called in to see if they could help. Less than 15 minutes later we had a perfectly fitting pair of trainers and a very happy boy. Lovely shop, lovely staff. Will be going there again next time we need shoes.

We've just had the most amazing service at Soles With Heart Childrens and Ladies Shoes​​ shoe shop in West Mallliny. One of my daughters has awkward shaped feet and Michelle was so patient accommodating both what was good for her feet and what she liked. Must have tried on 10 pairs of shoes with good humour and even gave them some scrunchies to match their school uniform as a little present.

Visited A few weeks ago, for the first time, looking for a pair of shoes to go with a dress that I had bought from Fragolina. Soles with heart - lovely 1-1 service - purchased my Son's school shoes - very happy with the fitting and great value - my Son didn't want to leave the shop! That never happens when buying shoes. I'll be back soon with my younger Son.

My son is 8 and he is hypermobile and has flat feet so has insoles that are quite high and needs ankle support. Ever since he started school we have been going to see Michelle and her amazing team. Unfortunately we were behind everyone else in getting school shoes on time this year as my sons insoles were delayed. But we went in to see Michelle and even though she had no high top school shoes she got the lap top out and we checked out all her suppliers to see what we could find that would be comfy and approved by an 8 year old boy. We found some they arrived and we can't praise Michelle enough for going above and beyond to help us. THANK YOU so much you are amazing and make 1 thing about back to school so easy.

Love this shop! I visited today with my 15 month old. They were so patient while she ran around the shop and tried on shoes. They had a good choice of lovely shoes and gave great, honest advice about the fit. It took longer than I had thought, but the lady stayed late to help us and she was so nice. Brilliant customer service. I feel confident that my daughter will be wearing a good quality pair of shoes that fit well. I'll definitely come back again for the next pair of shoes.

I usually go to another well known shoe shop in Maidstone for school shoes but a friend recommended Soles With Heart to me. So glad they did! Avoided the mass scrum and chaos like the other shop! It was relaxing, very personal, wonderful customer service and a pleasure to actually do the School shoe shop for once! I’d definitely go back and not just for school shoes. A hidden gem! Thank you!

I took my little girl Thea in for a pair of new shoes and we could have bought the entire shop. Connie was wonderful with Thea and was really helpful in getting us just what we needed. Michelle was fabulous talking us through all the new styles and showing us the lovely selection of clothes they now do. We will definitely be coming back for some flip flops when the sun comes out. Great service as always! I have bought my twins shoes from Soles with Heart for the last couple of years and was in there again today to check their current shoes. They still have room in them and so a quick change of inner soles that had embarrassingly worn right through and we were done. No trying to sell us new shoes anyway. Just a little advice and a friendly face (Denise) and all the while I find myself sitting on the floor, nicely relaxed, thinking I could stay here a little bit longer. So lovely to have a relaxing shoe experience than a rushed and busy one. Lisa

Great friendly service today at Soles with Heart. My daughter and I love our samphire sandals. They are supper comfy, great colours and so practical. My daughter normally hates shopping but really enjoyed the experience today. Thank you x

Discovered this shop today and we love it. Will return to purchase again. I now am battling with boot envy as I love my daughters boots so much. She loves them so much too she changed into them when we got home to walk the dog in! Superb shop, lovely staff and great choice of shoes/boots. 10/10
