Our goal is to raise the level of understanding of anatomy and biomechanics of our students via teaching them numerous techniques and methodologies which they can apply in the field of rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

Myofascial stretching is a wrap. We looked at the detailed anatomy and fascial links of muscles, their specific mechanics they exert on the joints they cross and how to stretch them with specific exercises respecting their intrincis fiber directions and fascial links.
