Ok not getting much feed back from the shadowboxing routine which I shared on here which came from Mick Driscoll top England coach, I do believe we should take this opportunity to use his knowledge of boxing it’s not the sort of thing these top coaches post and share, I have just posted week 2 so let’s get going and feed back on our whats app post videos of what you are up to screen shots of your jogging times and distance, come on don’t get lazy 🥊🥊🥊🥊

Just to update on the club, there’s a lot of boxing clubs struggling to pay their rent or worried about it, we are sitting comfortable at the moment we had good numbers recently so we are ok, we have cash for two months rent without panicking but after then we might open a funding page to help keep club going, some clubs are asking their members to carry on paying their Direct debit but that’s a big ask I think, the club will still be here once this has or been sorted 🥊 Stay safe 🥊

Sorry but have decided to close the gym until Further notice, after the latest updates we are asking the younger generation to minimise contact with others I think it’s only right to close the gym, do look after yourselves hopefully it won’t be long before we are all back doing what we do best #boxing 🥊please share it’s one button 👍

Sorry but I am going to close the gym for the youngsters 6pm-7pm until further notice From immediate effect 🥊, juniors we are staying open at the moment,

We try to do the best we can some people fight against us and some helps us, this is one who helps us a very kind donation given to the club which they would like to stay Anonymous, enable us to buy this vital piece of equipment, hopefully we never need it but it’s in the gym if we ever do, Thanks to the family who helped get this 🥊

Kevin and Christine Ringrose kindly donated the treadmill and the cross fit trainer to our club and sure I can thank them on behalf of everybody from the club for the donation, It’s fantastic when Facebook works like that put a post and we get a response like that, big thank you again

I am 5 boxers down for training tonight in the last 15 minutes, numbers are going to be up and down for a few weeks, but if your not 💯 please take time out,

Treadmill needed Before I go out and try to find a sponsor for a new treadmill as the one in the gym has now broken, has anyone got one which they don’t use and would like to donate it to the boxing club,

Local Boxing show, Saturday afternoon what better way to spend a wet Saturday 🌧, spalding boxing academy have at least one lad on not sure but could well be top of the bill, come and support local boxing 🥊

It’s hard work this boxing to keep everything ticking over but when you get someone like this walk through the door it makes it all worth doing 😂

Took these 3 out sparring today over kings lynn, all 3 boxed unbelievable I was shocked how they did and other coaches were saying wish they had them in their gyms, well done 🥊🥊🥊

Wiktor Jabłoński on skills again but was told to pull him back because of his strength 🥊 he boxed perfect and once agai we were told by The officials and the opponents coaches how well he controlled his boxIng 🥊🥊🥊, next up Charlie he boxed outside of his weight to help travelling club but the strength of other boxer was bit to much Charlie showed his skill that’s what a skills bout is about shame some clubs not understand what a skill is, well done to both boxers 

Late night home last night both boxed well but wasn’t our night both lost out on points,
