Sparta MMA Academy has given me one of the most exciting months of my life. The teachers are incredibly supportive and run a great class. If you haven't tried it, what are you waiting for? The first class is free! Just turn up in some loose clothes and you are ready to go. They will look after you - you can tell they really care about the people they train. It's a great way to get fit, stay fit, defend yourself, make friends, get smarter (you can use the things you learn in the Gym in business and in life as well), and just have a good time.
