Today is 'the day of the dead'..When we remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones who are in spirit. Remember the times of laughter and joy that they brought into your life, be blessed to of been lucky enough to of loved them and be loved by them. Think we all need reminding of this now again. Sometimes it's not what we say it's how we say it. STOP and THINK. PAUSE. Too many times I have people come to me tormented with something they said to someone when they were alive, Asking if they forgive them. Make a conscious effort to 'practice the pause ❤

Sometimes we have to stop asking why and just learn to accept. Make that wine glass full, decide which path to take, make a wish and look at the positives. Give yourself the gift of inner peace ❤

So I am probably one the most distrusting people out there. First tim I've done anything like this and I was blown away. All Angie knew was my first name. I had practiced my poker face but couldn't hold back the tears with what she was saying. Even if I put half of what she said down to taking a punt the other half she just couldn't have known. Skeptics out there give Angie a call ��
