Went here today for the first time, the course is well laid out with clays from beginner easy to very challenging. Ideal for any level of shooter. Staff seem friendly enough and shooting on your own is easy with a timed delay system. Perfect ground for sporting alone or with friends. Will be visiting more regular.

We are new license holders and went as a couple to have a lesson, we've been clay shooting a couple of times before and were keen to learn more, the instructor David was excellent he gave us useful feedback and we returned the next weekend to put into practice what he told us, the staff there are on hand to provide help & advice, we will be coming back very soon, thanks Spitfire

Took my son for his 13th birthday with a friend that has a licence and my son loved it!!!!! Even called them before hand to see if they had a smaller 410 shotgun just in case my friends guns were to big. They provided the gun for a small fee but he was fine with the big guns anyway. We will be applying for a licence now and hopefully makeing it a regular hobby!! Thanks!

My first time at Spitfire today and I must say the staff are really friendly and welcoming, the layout has a great variety of shots from relatively easy to extremely challenging, and the card system is simple to use. Really enjoyed my mornings shooting and will definitely be back.

Must pop down for a day of clays.

Have been shooting here for over 5 years- it's the best place for me to introduce new people to the sport, lots of varied targets and a really relaxed but safe ground. The amount of work the team have put into the shoot over the years is really showing now- it's excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable staff too- can't recommend this place enough- just need to get rid of the blaze over the rabbit on trap 9 and this place would be perfect!

Had a great first time shooting and the 1-1 tuition was good and necessary �!Was a great prize to win thanks guys. In such a lovely place too!

Had a fantastic morning shoot with my father in law - 50 shots a piece. Our instructor was very friendly and patient with us and had some great stories and banter.

We can from Dorest especially and we still had an adrenaline rush when we got home. Can't recommend this place highly enough and we will be returning again and again

Great layout for all abilities. Also a lovely ground in a great location to. Friendly and helpful staff. Another big attraction is the solo operating stands.

Clay traps but all ways nice when friends or family come along to help or watch.

Excellent set up , well established and noted a lot of improvements since my last visit 18 months ago. Made very welcome . The only issue is a lack of a butty wagon !!

Came today for a lesson with Reg, we all have to say that it was a brilliant lesson, the instruction was perfect and we highly recommend it! Can’t fault Reg at all! We will be coming back very soon!

Brilliant time there - lesson was great and cost effective and the service is second to none !!!

If I have a criticism it is that some of the traps are too close which can result in confusion as to which clay targets are yours or your neighbors! Other than that it’s a well run establishment at a reasonable cost! 😎
