The FA Futsal Fives are coming to SportHouse!

Due to popular demand we'll be running our outdoor summer fitness classes on Thursday nights now too!
So that's four nights a week, every Monday - Thursday at 19:00 in Barking Park.
FREE for members and non-members are welcome too so make the most of the hot weather and get involved in our summer fitness workouts...

Don't forget our first SportHouse summer fitness class is taking place at 19:00 tonight in Barking Park.
If you can't make it, we'll be there every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night for the whole of the summer - so you really don't have any excuse!

So that's it - the Olympic and Paralympic athletes start moving in to SportHouse today!
Throughout the summer SportHouse will be the Games-time Training Venue for Olympic handball and athletics, as well as Paralympic judo and wheelchair rugby.
Make sure you keep up to date with how the athletes are getting on via the London 2012 website and keep your fingers crossed for some Team GB medals!

Next weekend we will be handing the keys over to LOCOG, as SportHouse becomes home to Olympic and Paralympic athletes for the summer.
But don't panic - we'll be keeping you busy with our summer fitness classes!
Taking place every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (from Monday July 16th), our team of fitness experts will be running outdoor circuit classes in Barking Park. You can meet at our membership office in Barking train station at 18:45 or alternatively head straight to Bar...king Park for 19:00 (only two minutes from SportHouse – please see link for map).
Classes are FREE and non-members are welcome, too - so why not bring along a friend!
