Congratulation to both Jake level 13/11 and Sean 13/7 in the beep tests superb fitness level and the older statesmen Craig and Sayers also achieving very impressive levels of fitness
I genuinely can’t tell you how good these Tuesday and Thursday pre season sessions are and if you haven’t attended yet it’s never too late . Come down and see for yourselves it really will be worth it

Gentlemen Brent Lemiere after some consideration has decided to hand over the reigns of Captaincy to Anthony Stevenson for the forthcoming season who in turn has asked Ross Taylor to be his vice captain. Huge congratulations to Tony and I am sure you will all support him and Ross and make sure the upcoming season is a success and we give them our 100% commitment.
... I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brent for his leadership and support over the past 2 seasons and look forward to seeing this great player leading from the front row.

I’m sure you are already aware but thought I should confirm that Scott Mineikis has formally been asked to captain the 2’s again this year after his wonderful leadership last season. It was very stressful at times but we managed to get 2 teams out every week when needed and I personally look forward to working with Scott again next season.
I know you will all support him again like you did last season and look forward to seeing you all soon
