Lots of new life chapters at our church. It was a great joy to celebrate so many baptisms and confirmations with our bishop and with a heavy heart we prayed out the Brookes family after so many years of faithful service.
Shout out to the amazing Dave Harvey, hard at work reinforcing the church floor to carry a large Baptism Pool full of water for our upcoming service (5pm, Sunday 23 June). #behindthescenes

The 5pm service was a real treat last weekend! First an excellent talk on making the church more inclusive for people with additional needs by Dr Naomi Graham, founder of Growing Hope UK. Then a shared meal for the whole service cooked up by the wonderful Warringtons. Good stuff goes down in our Sunday evening communityüëåüèªüëåüèΩüëåüèø

Some big news: our much loved associate vicar Colin Brookes is moving in to pastures new.
In case some missed it, on Sunday Colin announced that after 12 years of fun and fruitful ministry, Colin and Natalie Brookes are moving on from St Bs. Their final Sunday will be 23rd June.
A note from Colin and Natalie...
... “Needless to say, we’re heavy with sorrow at the thought of leaving our beloved church family. Yet Father God has paved an wonderfully exciting path ahead: as part of the Diocesan strategy for church planting, we’re going to join our friends Jon and Sus March at St Luke’s Kentish Town to help them transition into being an Edmonton Resource Church.
Thanks in advance for your prayers and support as we make this huge transition.”
