User

had a great weekend , entertainment was great esp as the weather was not so good .good job guys ,u are hillarious see you soon x

User

Yes it may be smaller than other parks but that doesn't take away from its charm, lovely staff, the events were fun, specifically movie under the stars and the quiz night! Restaurant was lush we ate there twice for the week we were there and the bar staff were extremely friendly, big shout out to Dave on bar who I had making me cocktails nearly every night haha! Will definitely want to return soon!

User

We loved our stay here. The Caravan we stayed in was just perfect for our needs. Think the only let down was that the shop there was tiny and didn't stock much at all. And that the day we were due to leave the caravan was cleaned and bedding changed ect.. And the caravan left unlocked! Thankfully all our stuff was still in place when we got back to collect our luggage to check out. Have to say the restaurant was brilliant and the pool/s were brilliant. My children had the best time swimming. I'd most definitely recommend.

User

We found this small Holiday Park by accident a few years ago. Since then, we have been here several times for a weekend. We just never get sick of it. Lovely surroundings, excellent park and never too busy like the bigger parks available. The kids love the pool, only the park could have been a little bigger. But luckily, there is a big park in just a 5 minute walk, so that makes up for it.

We love coming here and are sure there will be a lot of weekends to come!

User

This park is brilliant and it's made so by the two wonderful, friendly and extremely enthusiastic teamstars Becky and Nicky. We have visited this park many times over the past four years and that's mainly down to the fact that our girls love the teamstars, who have never forgotten their names from day one. Yes it's a small park but we really like that and every time we've stayed our accommodation has been lovely and really clean. There is lots to offer here for such a small park and it's only a short walk down to the beach where there is amazing views of the white cliffs. So if your after a bit of peace mixed in with a bit of fab entertainment for the kids then this is the place to book. *****

User

Stayed for the Easter Weekend with my wife and Son. Couldn’t fault the place. Yes its small and facilities are limited but the 2 entertainers Nikki & Ryan do a fantastic job entertaining the children and adults. They are on it until the early hours and then back on it early the next day. The bar staff are friendly and are always happy to talk and have a laugh with you. Nice food, normal bar prices. The swimming pool was quite cold but it does its job. I wouldn’t hesitate in returning :-)

User

St Margaret's Bay Holiday Park is a lovely small park in a pleasant setting close to the White Cliffs of Dover. We spent a week there during the summer and have just returned from another weekend stay. It is a small, quiet park but has some great facilities. The pool is bigger than many other much larger parks and never seems too busy. There is a small cabaret bar with evening entertainment and a separate bar that serves pub meals. The caravan we had in the summer was excellent, the bungalow for the weekend a little more basic but perfectly adequate. The local beach is pebbles but lovely with a small cafe. An ideal place for a quiet getaway.

User

Our new favourite I think, everything the kids love about Parkdean but small enough that the parents can enjoy it without worrying about losing them. Great pool, bigger than most too and the spa area is very unexpected. Very nice family friendly place. St Margarets bay near by is lovely as is the lighthouse nearby. Can't wait to visit again!

User

Just returned from another trip to St Margaret's Bay holiday camp probably my tenth visits ! What can I say nothing changes ! Brilliant place ! Great hotel accommodation very nice, clean the rooms which are decorated lovely. The food is very good quality and a good price. The staff are very friendly and it's nice to go back and see the same faces all the time and they remember you. I just love visiting the village and it amazing pub The Smugglers and of course Deal the local town. It's a must visit.

User

First appearance was what a lovely clean site then on arrival to check in what a lovely welcome and a bottle of sparkling Perry to enjoy. Entertainment staff fantastic and funny. Dev the barman very polite funny and joined in with the game shows. The only downside of it was the ground it was soooooo muddy even on a dry day it was muddy so caravan got a bit dirty and having no mob to use was a bit of a hassle. Food was nice and not overly expensive. We have booked again for later on in the year and also for next year definitely returning for many year to come thanks again for a fun short week. The entertainment will know us by the Mr Spoonies.

User

Entertainment was great!x definitely would love to go back perfect for a weekend away with kids.

User

29 of us visited last weekend and we had the best time at St Margaret's bay, it was small enough that we could see the children, but they could be free. Staff were friendly and checked on us the day after arrival and gave us a heater when our bedroom heating wasn't working. Swimming pool was clean and well staffed. My only disappointment was on the last day, at lunchtime I ordered a crazy shake as had been advertised on here and was told they didn't have the staff to do desserts an hour after my order had been taken, which I had ordered as my lunch, so the rest of my family had food and I was left with nothing x however a good time was had by all x

User

Went there from the start of the Easter hols for a week with my husband and kids. Although It was a small park everyone got involved. The customer services from the staff was really great. I can’t fault any of the entertainment team. There were only two but the did everything to entertain the kids and had everyone involved. They had a great chemistry and a wonderful personalities that worked. Bekki and Ryan did a great job. The only thing the park could have done with was a better equipped shop with the essentials needed they seemed to run out of things fairly quickly.

User

Just come back from a short weekend break. Small welcoming park with everything you need. It was quite as not really holiday season yet, but everyone was very happy and polite, food great and entertainment was good. Would definitely recommend and will return again soon.

User

Although we live locally and are leisure club members I decided to have a weekend break at St Margs for a change of scenery, my young foster boy loved the whole weekend, he had a great time in the kids club, and with My daughter and her friend joining us Saturday we all had fun with the 80's night.

Disappointed with no chilled orange juice or ice available for bfast - so warm orange juice only served as if its ok (refund given), clubhouse bar - £13 for a pitcher of blue lagoon (made with soda water!) and ran out of ice so it was kinda warmish and yuk, and then run out of meats for sunday carvery by 1pm having just gammon left which the chef thought was absolutely acceptable and not his fault (refund given and had to leave site to find a carvery lunch at a local pub instead), think some focus for the customer is needed on the catering front - sorry guys but you need to know !!

User

A small holiday park, but pleasant. The shop was extremely small and had no eggs, brown bread, skimmed milk when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Excellent Happy hour cocktails 2 for £8. We had upgraded so the caravan was wider than usual which was useful when our 2 and a half year old grandson (and parents) came over from their caravan. The pool was lovely and the small pool was nice and warm, although did become very full over the weekend. Quiet adult swim in the morning though.

User

The caravan was new so we felt lucky with that massive bonus . Would return to this caravan park and most importantly brilliant for the children

User

Only been here for 24 hours out of a 7 night break. Had planned to have all our meals in the restaurant, won’t be now after the first couple of experiences.

Saturday night. Ordered chips with a certain topping, completely wrong ones turned up, said they would changed then, no others turned up.

Ordered burger, said came with bbq sauce, turned up with mayonnaise, told them, took it away and swapped the bun over, time it came back it was all cold.

Sunday morning. Breakfast starts at 9. Was told couldn’t take our order until 9:20. Didn’t even get coffee.

Sunday lunchtime. When we paid our deposit was told we could get a traditional Sunday roast, turned up for this was told not offering this anymore.
