On Monday evening, many of our congregation attended Fr Michael's installation as Vicar of St Paul's, Ruislip Manor led by Bishop Pete Broadbent. The service was beautiful, and was full of prayer, love, good wishes, family and friends, and of course, great singing! We hope he and Neil are very happy in their new church and community.

This Saturday night, Voxcetera Chamber Choir and the Queldryk Choral Ensemble are teaming up to present an evening of music by award-winning composer and arranger Paul Ayres, who also happens to be a former Director of Music at St Peter's Ealing!
The concert will include church music, opera, serious concert works and more light-hearted arrangements too. It's definitely an evening not to be missed....

A few snaps of Easter Day at St Peter's - the sun shone, the vicar was caught flower arranging, there was a baptism, and the children very much enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt!

And so on Sunday (which was Palm Sunday) we said our final goodbyes to our wonderful curate, Father Michael Selby. He's left us to be the Vicar at St Paul's Ruislip Manor. Michael, his partner Neil Gillespie and their dog Ruairi and cat Hamish go with all our best wishes and prayers for the future. They will be very much missed by all at St Peter's!

And so begin the goodbyes to our wonderful curate, Father Michael Selby. He leaves us officially on Palm Sunday to be the Vicar at St Paul's Ruislip Manor, but he's already taken his last Pebbles service and today he was presented with a gift and card from the children of St Peter's during the last Stepping Stones of term. He better get used to a fuss being made as there are many more thank yous and goodbyes to come from all at St Peter's!

It got competitive this morning when our Stepping Stones were playing games which taught them about the importance of listening in prayer, in moments of special encounter and in everyday life.

Are you thinking that you'd like to bring your little ones to church at some point soon? If so, then why not come along and try us out this Sunday?
If you've got young children, you may wish to join us for Pebbles - our Sunday service for 0-5 year olds - which includes story, songs and prayer followed by a toddler friendly snack. Just arrive from 9am for a 9.15am start, and then we're all finished by 10am.
Children aged 4+ are welcome to join Stepping Stones which takes plac...e during the 10am service. Stepping Stones helps children to understand how much God loves them and teaches them the Christian story through interesting and enjoyable activities.
There's more information about activities for children at St Peter's, including term dates, on our website at http://www.stpeterealing.org.uk/youth.htm

Some of the St Peter's mums enjoyed meeting up last night for drinks at The Grove in Ealing. They nattered the night away and discussed everything from work and academia to children and killer cats! A really fun evening was had by all....

If you haven’t already seen them, don’t leave it too long before checking out the amazing croci in Montpellier Park across the road from St Peter’s Church. God’s creation in all its glory.
