I booked a Ferrari; the car was in good condition and was not changed for another model which can happen with some of the less reputable companies.
I also booked very last minute. (1.5 to 2 days before), and because I am an expat there was a complication as money had not cleared from my overseas account, (my problem).
Starr cars mitigated the issue by slightly reducing the deposit. I still had to effectively pay more than once by giving cash on the day.
This was a worry to me as I had not used Starr cars before.
However the worry was needless as the late overseas money transfer was immediately refunded. Thank you Starr cars for your professionalism, and integrity, I will definitely use your service again.
