We used the sensory room with 9 of my friends and their babies and it was lovely. all new features our babies were having a fantastic time and the size of the room was so lovely as it gave us plenty of space to move around. The food was very good and the staff were very helpful. Only little issue is parking but just have to make sure you give yourself some extra time to get there and park.

We can a long yesterday on Mothers day and had a wonderful afternoon tea. Such amazing value for money will definitely be booking it up again.

I can not praise the staff enough, whilst we was there my daughter fell over and bumped her head the staff ran to her as soon as they see her fall over. They immediately got her a cold compress and sat with me until my daughter had calmed down and made sure she was ok. They even got her a drink and a chocolate bar which obviously made everything ok in seconds and my daughter was soon off running again. Thank you stay and play

We booked our three year old daughter's birthday party here. I cannot praise the staff enough for their professionalism - they were welcoming, approachable and organised. They took all the stress out of hosting a birthday party for 15 toddlers, and did so with a smile on their face the whole time. The venue is the cleanest softplay for miles (which is why we always come back here). The party room was decorated perfectly, and the whole event was flawless. Really impressed and recommending to everyone.

Thank you so much to the fabulous Stay and Play team for squeezing in my sons birthday party for 30 children with a day’s notice after his original party was cancelled at last minute.

The children had a great time and our party host was lovely and I’m so grateful for you saving the day! Thank you!

Sensory room is lovely and the group baby twinkles was very good - all staff were friendly and was a nice relaxed atmosphere - totally recommend

My daughter Lily had her 1st Birthday Party here last weekend and it was amazing. The staff and managers are so helpful and all the kids had a great time. It is also good value for money. I highly recommend this place!

Me and my friend attended the Christmas party last Monday with our boys (special sen night) and I can not express how well organised it was and how much fun the boys had from start to finish- mine didn’t want to go home!



I didn’t really know what to expect apart from a madhouse of kids and thought it might have been a bit chaotic but I can honestly say I was so impressed with the structure and system you had going.



Santa was brilliant as were all the staff, the Mickey mascots and belle were fab and so good �



We will definitely be coming back to more of you’re special events next year and to play.

I honestly didn’t realise you would still make such an effort seeing as it was the disco.

We wasn’t expecting the reserved area which was a great help and the trolls appearing for happy bday in the party room. The girl was great who done our cake.

I couldn’t recommend stay & play enough went today with my twin babies & 3 year old. It is always clean especially the baby section, all the staff are helpful & friendly. It’s definitely my favorite soft play to take them! The food is amazing too!

The sensory room is absolutely amazing !! So relaxing. My children loved it. Cleanest play centre I have been to and the staff really do go the extra mile.

Came along last night for the first time for friends children’s birthday party, have to say what a great place, food was fine, place is good and most of all the staff were friendly and great with the kids, so definitely will be back, thank you Stay and play -)

Baby sensory room, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, went to tasters baby rhyme today and was very good, my baby slept for 3 hours after!! Would recommend for the class and the room for a catch up with friends whilst the babies have fun too!

Attended a birthday party yesterday and so impressed that stay and play were able to cater for my coeliac child without any notice. So often establishments promise that can cater but then have no clue about cross contamination and therefore I can’t trust them to cater. Not stay and play, totally up on separation of friers/utensils and made sure her plate was kept totally separate, also gave my daughter choices on what she could have to eat. I waited to comment to make sure she hadn’t had a reaction but nope she’s fine! well catered for, no issues and well impressed! Thank you!

Came again this Saturday AM with 14 adults (parents) and 12 kids (aged 4-5 and 1-2) I ve always liked your place but think this weekend a few things were a bit average. Ex. you could improve the cleanliness of the place and food waiting time (it was easily 35 min for sandwiches and a burger?) I know things are made to order but this Sat wow the wait was too long... If you ever need help on inproving your business (overall organisation, offer, service, photography, website), feel free to contact me :-)

Went to the Xmas party this evening with my very excited 3&4 year old girls and much to my disappointment I was very surprised how unorganised it was... we have always come to the Xmas parties and loved them but this evening there was no structure, usually there is a staff member at the Dj stand when special quests come out for photos with the children but there wasn’t this year which meant I couldn’t get a special photo of my girls with their favourite princesses as there was lots of children all pushing and shoving to get close... The staff were very keen to get their families children close to the front to have photos though, passing them to santa for photos... I’m just very disappointed this year. Thumbs down stay and play 😔👎🏼

Went to Stay and Play today. I’ve been several times and both my children enjoy it. It’s always on the cold side for me but the children never complain. However today it was freezing. My daughter and a friends son were so cold they had blue lips. My friend complained but was told the heating was on. I’m sorry but a venue for young children should have adequate heating throughout the whole year. If you can’t heat the venue you shouldn’t be open. We had to leave early because we couldn’t stand how cold it was. We are still warming up now two hours later!

I’ll be honest. I love stay and play and come regular. But I have to give 2* as it’s always so cold. It wouldn’t be so bad if only a week or 2 but this is long term and regular and I literally freeze whilst my kid is playing!!! You really need to sort out the heating ���do this and your 5* all the way :)
