Stepping Stone Fitness Description
INSANITY™ is based around interval training, packed with cardio and plyometric drills on top of challenging intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training which will help you to achieve the body you deserve.
This workout will push you to your limits and the results are sensational. You don't have to be in extreme shape as all levels are catered for. Time to dig deep! This workout will leave you breathless, sweaty and feeling fabulous!

This workout requires no equipment and can be taken anywhere, from your home, office, garden, park or local classes.

Monday
9. 15am - for 50 minutes at Kings Hill Community Centre, ME19 4LG
6. 30pm - for 50 minutes at Kings Hill School, ME19 4LS
8. 30pm - for 30 minutes at Kings Hill School, ME19 4LS
Wednesday
8. 00am - for 50 minutes at Kings Hill School, ME19 4LS
6. 15pm - 30 /50 minutes (stay on for an extra 20 minutes if you want a longer workout) at Kings Hill Community Centre, ME19 4LG
Saturday
7. 55am - for 50 minutes - Location is confirmed during the week

-30 minutes class £4. 00
Or make a block booking at save £10
6 x 50 minute classes AND 6 x 30 minute classes for just £50 (price if booked individually £60).
