Stepping Stones is an amazing beautiful shop with a serene magical Spiritual ambience. I have also attended Crystal workshops with Alexandra Wenman a truly amazing experience . I rate this as a 5 star truly excellent .

We moved away for a few years and lived abroad and in Cambridgeshire but we are happy to be back and to travel from the coast in Kent to see Lina again every 4-6 weeks

I saw Siara for both a reading and healing session, she is lovely, kind, genuine and puts you at ease. She was able to see my past and current circumstances very accurately. I've felt a real sense of calmness since seeing her, she has great healing and reading skills.

I had an amazing reading with Brian today, his insight was indeed impressive and he assisted in advising and guiding me in the right directions of my life. His accuracy simply blew me away given the fact of all the complications I'm currently in my personal life, he was able to separate and prioritize what was needed for me to move forward. My grandmother came through which was a lovely surprise. Brian is a warm and a most approachable person, you will not be disappointed having a reading with him. I left the reading feeling uplifted. I had a reading with Gabrielle which was on point. She was very sweet and natural. I wish I could have stayed longer. Only reason I didn't give it a 5* is because the shop is a bit pricey, but understandable because it's in Greenwich. However, I had a lovely time. Thank you X

Very upset with the extremely poor service I received from Stepping Stones. I purchased a gift voucher as a Christmas gift for my friend for a 30 minute psychic reading, this cost me £35. The voucher that arrived was a small piece of paper with a mis-spelled hand written note on stating that it was for a 30 minute reading of her choice. We booked her reading for Thursday 30th April and received a call on Monday 27th asking why we had missed our appointment! We parked up in Greenwich on the Thursday and just as we were getting out of the car for the appointment we received a voicemail message to say they were running 15 mins late - this meant putting £5 into the parking machine instead of £2.50, not a massive deal but annoying. We arrived at the shop and were seen by miserable looking female who informed us that as they had increased the price of their readings since I purchased the voucher that there was £5 to pay to cover the difference. I was flabbergasted at this little woman's rudeness. Why is it my problem that you've put your prices up since I bought the voucher?? I bought a voucher for a reading, not a £35 gift voucher! How embarrassed would I have been if my friend had arrived in her own and was asked for money!? We argued the toss and the woman gave in. Our appointment then slipped in to being 35 minutes late, so we had to just stand in the shop and wait. Had the little woman not been so rude to us I probably would have bought some items from the shop as the contents are nice. The reading was thankfully fine but I will not be giving any more business to this shop. I'm surprised it's been open so many years with staff like that working there.
