I bought a 3-series in excellent condition from the team here. The whole team were very helpful and friendly from start to finish, and provided me with all the details I wanted i.e. HPI check, service history etc. I found an issue with that car that had been missed both by the garage and myself, and without quibble they replaced the damage part (a door seal) free of charge. They took me seriously and dealt with the issue professionally and for that they deserve 5 stars in my book. Distance No Object! Having searched for a specific car, I eventually sourced what I was looking for at Stillmans. Because I was the thick end of 450 miles away, numerous 'phone conversations, photographs, and videos were all deployed to put my mind at ease, and ultimately proceed with the purchase. I went to Stillmans because of their excellent online reviews and I'm thrilled to say they were all absolutely spot on. I told them what I was after, roughly, and they went above and beyond to find me an exemplary car which ticked all the boxes and beyond. My sales rep was Steve and he was so kind and helpful I really can't recommend him enough. I'd previously bought a car from a dealer who was NOT reputable and the car ended up a ...write off. He listened patiently while I told him my tale of woe, offered me a coffee and took time to figure out which cars would suit my needs. There was no pushy sales technique, just skilful knowledge of cars and an excellent understanding of human nature. I will 100% come back to them for any future car upgrades or purchases.
