Good afternoon everyone, we would like to thank you all for your support in our first week of opening as The Beacon Bistro. It has been fantastic seeing our old friends and welcoming new ones! Don’t forget that we don’t serve food on Mondays, however our wine bar is still open for you to enjoy and we are serving a selection of bar snacks! We made the most of the ten minutes of sun yesterday and opened our bi-folding window for the first time for a fantastic start to our Sunday afternoon. The team at Beacon Pop-Up @ Stix would love to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Beaujolais Nouveau event on Thursday. Fantastic wine and excellent food enabled this evening to be as enjoyable as we hoped it would be.
