Stoke Albany Village Hall

The Village Hall is run solely as a charity and all upkeep and running costs are met by monies raised from hiring it out and by fundraising events.

Main Hall & Kitchen
The main hall will seat up to 60 people and can be hired on an hourly basis.
The current rate is £8 per hour (minimum 2 hour booking) and is inclusive of the kitchen and all utilities.

Full Day (1000-up to 2300) £90
Evening (1800-up to 2300) £45
Half Day (4 hours) £28

Please bear in mind that both setting up and clearing up time is chargeable and should be allowed for when booking. We allow a 10minute 'grace period'. Please note: The hirer is responsible and liable for obtaining alcohol licences (if required).

Meeting Room
The recently renovated meeting room located upstairs is able to seat 10 people and is available to hire separately if required and, providing that the main hall hasn’t been let, the use of the kitchen for making tea, coffee and light refreshments. The current rate for this room is £5 per hour and includes heating.
