Stroud Murrain Sport Karate Club

This is the facebook page of the Stroud EWSKA sport karate club. The Stroud club is a professionally run, family focussed club with no attitude.

Training take place every Monday and is led by Stuart Gardiner
6pm - 7pm Dan grades only.
7pm - 8pm All welcome from beginner to expert.
8pm - 9pm Higher grades and adults only.
The club teaches a balanced mix of traditional Wado Ryu Karate with all the basic elements including line work, Kata, Kihon, and Kumite / sparring.
You will develop mentally, spiritually and physically as you work your way up the grading syllabus.
Instructor Gardiner has competed for England in the early 2000's and is a registered international instructor, referee and coach.
