Wow had my first my ride with instructor Liam ...it was great ...he personally helped me through it as I have had a stroke so was unable to keep up with the others but I thoroughly enjoyed the excercise music company and atmosphere would highly recommend

Would like to thank all the swimming teachers that have taught my two children to swim. Amazing support and amazing teaching methods, both of my children have total respect for Annie their swim teacher she has taught them not only to swim but to respect the water and believe in themselves, my son was the first in east sussex to acheive all the awards in A.S.A without her pushing him he would not of achieved this.

We went to Little a Dribblers on Sunday morning with our 18 month old. The class was fantastic & lots of fun our little man loved it. The sports room was a good size, parking was cheap & easy. A lovely way to start a Sunday morning �

WOW!! Myride+ with Liam is the best workout class I've ever done.. the scenery, the music and the motivation is truly amazing.. Been to both classes and I'm hooked.. Looking forward to a winter of riding the World in the comfort of the gym.. Never enjoyed a class so much.. Thank you so much.. and well done Liam..

The new Instructor, Liam, on a Monday evening at 7pm for Spin is a breath of fresh air in my opinion. A full hours class, great instruction, great music and an all round great workout! Well done!! More classes for Liam please Summerfields.

My son loves the baby swimming at freedom leisure Ruth is an amazing teacher so good with the children and makes u feel comfortable at all the different stages xx

I had such a good time at my ride last night with great teaching and help from the instructor Liam.

I will definitely go to the Monday evening class again. I recommend this class to everyone :)

Excellent as someone that struggles with only having bad eye sight I find the swimming amazing I achieved something today I didn't think I would and your calm environment it helps your staff are lovely and kind and the pool warm highly recommend.

This is a great facility. The staff are helpful and the changing facilities are good. The showers are always hot. I've been to more "swanky" places that are not half as good.

pool is freezing wouldn't recommend at all!! Waste of Money even we wouldn't get in it let alone an 8month old baby POOR!!

The pool was far too cold for little ones, she was blue within 5 minutes and we didn't stay long because of it. The changing room smelt awful and looked very run down. I also overheard the swimming lessons and thought the teacher to be very shouty and aggressive with the children. I wouldn't leave mine in her care.

So tired of checking the pool schedule for the teaching pool and it never shows that it's being segregated! Today for example shows it as open for use but failed to say that only 1/3 is for public use the rest has been reserved. It's a small enough pool as it is and yet you still charge full price for entry and fail to mention it on entry too. Rip off, if only a portion of the pool is for use then charge accordingly or at least show it on the pool calendar you have on your website so we know in advance.

Pay full membership, it's summer holidays and I wanted to take my 7 year old swimming to be told that I have half an hour because it's "parents an 5 an unders" until 1:30pm



I'm sorry but this age bracket is pathetic. What do I pay a full membership for?



Decide to go to Bexhill as 30mins doesn't cut it. To find a queue an hour long outside....!? Pathetic.

I'm so angry today, I took a guy I care for who has autism swimming and a life guard told me to go on of my phone because of children safety rights witch i done but he didn't tell 3 other people who was were on their phones... probably because they were women that annoyed me at start!! Then the life guard told another life guard right in front of me doing signs of me being fat and that i taking photos and they wanted to punch me!!! My phone was out for 3 seconds as I was answering a call that is it!! I wouldn't be bothered if he told the ladies to put phones away to not just me and to insult me as well!! I defo won't be coming again and I will be writing a complain to the council about this!!

I have been using this leisure centre since it opened. I now use it with my 7 year old twins who are members of the Seagulls swimming club. The change facilities are awful. There are two large open group change rooms which are apparently only for use of schools and so are locked during club swim WHY?. Yesterday this left us changing in the only remaining 'family' change cubicle in which the smell of urine was somewhat overwhelming. One of my children is Autistic and he does not always cope well I'm confined dark spaces. Maybe the manager of this so called leisure centre could advise me of a suitable place to change my children.

Didn't have a great experience with the swimming here for my son at all, he screamed for me for the whole lesson while the teacher shouted to him to stop grabbing her neck as he was terrified shed let go, she the made him jump from pool side into the water going under not once but twice while he screamed in fear, he came out blue and a kind life guard grabbed him for me while i ran around to poolside - not my idea of teaching a 3 year old to swim. Always been confident in water until the swimming lesson and now he's terrified
