We had a fantastic time at Go Fest and ALL the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. We arrived at 830 and left at 530! Lovely bar as well with excellent prices. Would definitely recommend to friends Go Fest �

We came to a participate in a gymnastics competition. Afterwards the girls really enjoyed the climbing wall and the swimming pool. Excellent facilities all round. We look forward to coming back in the future.

This must be one of the cleanest, best equipped sporting facility in the UK. A fun place to be with lots to do.

I have been a regular gym goer for over 40 years, so I have tried quite a few on different continents! I joined Surrey Sports Park about 4 years ago and I just love it! The facilities and the equipment are first class and it is great value for money. I only use the gym and the sauna, almost daily, but there is a lot more I can do, if only....

Fantastic facilities very well maintained puts Derbyshire Dales to shame, the only poor thing was the jigsaw mats are to thin and abrasive for Jujutsu. The coffee is great too.

Fabulous facilities for all to use. A gym where you must be 16+ to use. Wide choice of classes for all levels of fitness & ages. A 50Metre pool to swim in & hot showers afterwards.

Climibing yesterday for seven year old’s birthday - staff couldn’t have been more helpful; session was great; very happy birthday girl. Thank you SSP.

Been up twice for the squash tournament run by Jessie and really look fwd to coming up. Great courts and facilities are great. Maybe more staff needed in Starbucks but that my only gripe. Always look forward to coming back

A thoroughly impressive facility! I was visiting to watch a Surrey Scorchers game which was fantastic with ample parking available. Family friendly but the facilities are suitable for all ages. Worth the journey without a doubt!

Love this place loads of classes/facilities and gym/pool etc etc etc - people go to train hard and not pose around- always buzzing. There are great options for kids sports too - my sons membership is £10 and can swim/play squash/climb etc etc - fab place right on the door step. Plus been to see scorchers play which is a great family night out - only marked down in shower room - showers are good but basic - remember a padlock and key

Issuing tickets for events must be difficult judging by the time it takes but then if there was more than 2 on the desk the queues wouldn't be as long. Otherwise enjoyed the basketball once we got in.

Fantastic venue, great facilities, but they need to put the air con on when there are special needs kids sweltering in 30* in the sports halls!

Went Swimming today (Saturday) at 09:10. There were only TWO lanes available for lane swimming (medium and fast) along with the area for slow generally paddling.



There are normally THREE lanes.



The lane that I was swimming in was getting really DANGEROUS due to the sheer numbers of swimmers!



And most people I spoke to about it agreed.



On chap had no spacial awareness and was swimming down the centre of the lane!



Guildford swimming Club constantly take up most of the pool on Saturday.



I’m getting fed up with the feeling that Surrey Sport Park think that if you’re not in Guildford Swimming Club then you don’t matter.



The £cost is always the same - squeezed in like sardines in a can!

Good sports centre but not good booking system, I have had a problem with my online account and can’t book anything online, they keep saying they are looking into it but still not fixed, and not always easy to book over the phone .

A big gym with enough equipment to justify its price, except machines for legs. Other gyms have various machines to train your legs but this gym has only the basics. Pretty disappointing. It also does not have a squat machine to train newbs like me and instead, I have to go directly to the bar..

Would not recommend the kids casual climb sessions. My 6 year old spent less than 10 mins climbing in an hour class. It was worse for my 8 year in his session as was 40 mins into the session before he climbed! With one coach for 9 children the majority of the time as spent kitting them out and sorting out the ropes. It needs to have a higher adult to child ratio. Not impressed.

This sports park is over priced and has very poor facilities and staff. I can’t even get through to them over the phone. Terrible, I would strongly advise going elsewhere.

The classes at Surrey Sports Park are generally very good. However, the website and booking system are an absolute joke - badly designed and not clear at all. I tried to register as an Adult Guest on the system, though the creation of the account was unsuccessful. I rang the contact number several times, but no one picked up. This experience is a shame since the facilities and staff are normally very helpful.

I must say my daughter has just spent 2 terms of school swimming lessons there....we come away on holiday and her swimming is worse than last year. Last year she managed 8 laps of the pool slowly and with a nice basic breast stroke technique....now she only just made 1 lap...faster and with a poorer technique. Surely the purpose of school swimming lessons is to improve the child's ability tio swim for safety and be able to get to shore if need be....not to try and be fast and get out of breath and have a cruder technique.

Surrey sports park i am very dissappointed. On return i will be contacting you for a refund as now I'm going to have to pay for more private lessons to get her back up to the standard she was and the safety she was at before coming to you. An utter waste of school time and our money and we've been given no end of term report or feedback from you about the lessons either!
