We’ve been there a few times now. We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday there today. The clip n climb arrangement was very well organised. The staff coordinated well amongst themselves, kept the kids entertained and safe. As parents we could actually enjoy the event without having to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of - the function room, the food and the activity. Shanice and Rajwinder were especially very good, caring, sorted everything out and made us feel very welcome. Great fun, great staff. Keep it up guys.

We had my sons 11th Birthday Party here Yesterday and was soo soo happy with all the staff they was so attentive and kind to the children... the rock climbing instuctors were AMAZING with the children they really made my sons birthday party one of the best his ever had � we will defo be regulars to the center � thank you everyone at sutcliff park center ��

The soft play is fab how it’s done out but the only thing is the slides they are too big and too much of a drop of under 6’s defo need to be sitting on a adults lap of under 4 several children hurt themselves today on the slides but the rest of it is fab even baby trampolines made out like toad stalls

Great new centre, my two year old enjoyed the soft play on Friday, although it was a little crowded. A few things could be improved to make it 5* �



More and better organised seating for adults in the soft play.

There’s a ton of unused space in the reception area - a shoe storage unit and buggy park area would make the soft play less crowded.

We didn’t get to visit the cafe as it was full so more tables here as I imagine it’s full after most soft play sessions.

Why don’t you offer discount to members on the soft play? I’m not a member myself but I think it’s unfair not to offer a discount.
