Suzie Mac has always been obsessed with soul music and from a very young age showed quite an interest with gospel and the roots of Americana. Her father being a vicar encouraged her to sing before she could talk.
Suzie has been writing with the incredible Grammy nominated writer Ian Dench Of EMF who also won an Ivor Norvello award. They've been working on tracks for her first album.
Suzie has recently performed at two iconic venues The Tate Modern and The Troubadour in London. Been a prominent artist on BBC Introducing and has graced the stages at festivals such as Boardmasters, Glastonbury, Beautiful Days, Port Eliot and Looe Music festival to name a few.
Plans are being put in place for an American and UK tour for within the next year. .
Since her arrival on he music scene she has been nicknamed ‘Aretha’ Suzie due to her powerful but sweet vocals.

Thank you to our founder Nye Bevan who formed this incredible and valuable health service in 1948.
I don’t tend to say too much about my health due to the fact much of it has been a bit of a mystery but despite this almost everyone I have come across has bent over backwards to help not only in treatment but in the delivery of their care and support. I certainly would not be here today without them.
... I hope that soon the government wake up to how precious it truly is.. We are living longer and sadly our bodies are adapting with new illness’s.
I am in a particular conundrum currently as my peanut allergy had taken on a new level of sensitivity and with each reaction comes stronger symptoms which aline with those that suffer from Arthritis, MS and ME.. Some days I can take on the world but others I cannot move from my bed. It can be a huge frustration but with the support of my amazing Medical friends we are hoping to try and tackle this.. Bodies are crazy but I’ll tell you what if we didn’t have our NHS friends we would be in a whole heap of trouble.

Had such a lovely time meeting with Lost Hollow and their beautiful family yesterday. They are currently over from Nashville getting ready for their UK tour! You must see them and their incredible music. We plotted booking shows together in 2019.. Really exciting things to look forward too 🙂

What do I think of Suzie Mac? My words don't have the eloquence to describe the innocence that lives behind the talent embedded in the heart and soul of this incredible singer.
Me, I'm just a lowly bedroom guitar blagger lucky enough to join several others jaw drop when we heard her sing for the first time.
She made me sound like a better guitar player than I'll ever be and the best thing about being lucky enough to play guitar with Suzie? The view I had from stage of all the faces enraptured by the pure beautiful sounds of her voice, her emotion, her energy, but more than anything her ability to charm effortlessly and without knowing. From her heart to her voice, beautiful.

Was working at the Looe Music festival when i had the pleasure of hearing Suzies anazing voice.
Suzie is a rarity. Her voice has such power and grace that you cannot help but stay still and listen. On top of her incredible talent, she is one of the most warm hearted and genuine people you could ever meet. Go see her perform, you will not regret it.

I performed as Sooz mac's guitarist for a year. she's got lungs. Big lungs. It was amazing to play with such a powerful and controlled vocalist. Her range is INSANE. Like Mariah Kerry high. On and Off stage Sooz commands respect. she has a powerful feminine energy that is like a magnet to anybody in her atmosphere.
I have heard suzie sing a few times over the last few months and have been blown away by her incredible voice. Super talented lady with a voice and personality to match. Xx
I had the true privilege yesterday of having Suzie sing on a song I wrote and even the piano and vocal monitor mix is just stunning; spine-tingling and hair on the back of the neck stuff. It was very special to witness. I didn't actually realise before that just how good Suzie is and I don't think Suzie does either. A true pro.
