We had the cocktail masterclass for my friends Hen do and we loved it. Adrian was brill, had us all laughing and was a pleasure to spend our evening with. The cocktails were beautiful as was the food, brill value for money. Thanks! You made our Hens night

Sway was chosen as part of my niece's hen do. There were 14 of us of varying ages and we all had a great time on Saturday 21st.

The Burlesque show was just as the hostess described and the dancers were delightful and so accommodating with their time in posing for photos.

The drinks were reasonable and seemed cheaper than some London clubs; we took advantage of Happy hour and, as prices are known before being purchased, wasn't a problem for any of us. I would like to add that although the bar staff were really busy they were also very polite and friendly.

My niece was recovering from an operation and rather than miss out on her 'do' had her meds attached to her which, despite her being in a great deal of discomfort and not being able to have alcohol, didn't stop her from having a good time. Thank you for helping to make a memorable evening.

Loved it ....great cocktails , music and atmosphere , will be back when I can !

I was at sway bar on saturday 3rd for my sisters hen which I had booked through freedom ltd. everything was perfectly fine with food, our waiter (Kevin? I think his name was) was attentive and polite, went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy, a couple of mishaps with some of the girls which he took in his stride.



I paid around £8.50 for a cocktail, which was the average of the places we visited, yes we had a service charge but no matter where you go a service charge is added for groups and bills over a certain amount.



Evening was fine, really enjoyed the music, had no problem with the bouncers who I saw were respectful to those who they needed to speak to, there was one who I thought was a bit of a muppet - glass was broken in front of him and he acted like he was oblivious to it and made no attempt to contact someone to clean it.



Everyone’s experiences are different, my sister was the hen and she enjoyed herself so that’s what counts!!

In the first place i would like to say that this bar is amazing, not only from my point of view but also from my friend's point of view. We reserved a table for my girlfriend's surprise birthday and that night was perfect. The music was great and the drinks were amazing. And from what i saw recently, you can also watch the football games this summer. The first thing to do when i'll come back to London, will be to come back here.

Waited at the door for 10 minutes before we found someone to take us to a seat. We had booked and prepaid as it was a theatre package, we are given a smaller menu than people paying on the day. The food arrived it was hot and we both enjoyed it.

Drinks I found a bit expensive when you saw the size of the glass. When the bill arrived they had already added the service charge which I think it’s up to me if I give a tip. We would have given a tip for the meal as well as the drinks, but they only charged us for the drinks so they missed out on a bigger tip from us.

I went here for my birthday on Saturday, I was quite excited to go here with my friends after reserving a table for £70 and seeing pictures of the previous events online. The advertisement online stated that it would be free entry before 11pm and £5 pp after this with a table booking. When we got there this was WRONG....we got charged £20pp on top of the £70 we paid in advance. The men working on the door were rude and unhelpful and seemed very disorganised. The chip and pin machine was not working so my partner then had to search the whole street in the cold to pay to get in. Once we got in and we’re taken to our table, the booth was quite small and poorly lit, we got given what was advertised as a bottle of wine and a bottle of champagne but in reality was cheap tasteless watered down Unbranded vino. At the bar I asked if we could purchase a bottle of alcohol and was told ‘no we don’t sell by the bottle’ this is the first high end bar I’ve been too in Central London where you can not purchase a bottle of liquor for your table!!! I bought 10 Bacardi’s and coke for the price of £96 (which was actually dark liquor in an old Bacardi bottle) and took them back to our table to find out that one of my male friends had been chucked out for looking at a girl on the opposite table! Since when was it a crime to look at the opposite sex in a night club???? We tried to reason with the rude door staff but he wasn’t having any of it and wouldn’t even explain why my friend had been chucked out. Anyway after all this we tried to make the best of what seemed to be a shoddy poorly organised RnB event. The music was ok. That was the only saving grace and the birthday cake was nice too!! Also on leaving the event a very drunk girl fell down the overcrowded stairs! Clearly no fire or health safety guidelines were being followed as you had to battle through about 50 people just to get into the venue! It’s safe to say I will not be attending this bar again. Thank God for my amazing friends that made my night fun!

Overpriced drinks and £10 to get it despite being there before organising events then £2 to leave your coat! £59 for 4 peronis and very rude staff! I was not happy! Far cry from the night before when there was an open bar and the venue for an opening night for a West end show! I was not happy!

I didn’t eat so can’t judge the food, but the drinks were extortionately priced. £23 for a glass of wine, G&T and a fruit cider. Seriously?!

Did anybody find a cream handbag last night?



Also did anybody loose a phone as I found one but nobody has been calling it.

This place is an absolute joke, they haven’t got a clue what’s going on. the doorman are no older than 20 with no experience of how to run a night club at all. They was just barging people out the way and just kicking out what seemed to be anyone that was dressed smart and spending money and having a good time they was absolute animals

Terrible place, avoid, bouncers on an ego trip and way over the top for a place like this, its not Buckingham Palace... if you want a good night out, DON'T COME HERE.

Normal club but the worst experience ever when a security guard started to hit someone (who was not drunk) who just standing on his way. Security guard caught him from the neck and after hitting him couple of times and force him to stay on the floor without any explanation kicked him out of the “club”. Disgusting experience as it was a private party and plenty of room for everyone to dance or whatever.

Never coming back and we will make sure our company will not book that place for parties anymore.

Using excessive force - punching /beating people. Dragging girls across the floor! Chucking people onto tables full of glass! Absolutely awful and dangerous .Disgusted by the behaviour! Hope no one has to experience something like this . A very traumatic experience for myself and my family. Please avoid Sway Bar- it's not the first time something like this has happened .

Failure to make this an enjoyable experience on every single level!! The staff are beyond terrible, rude, unsympathetic, aggressive, dismissive etc. Made to queue when we had a reservation at 9pm, made to wait outside as the table would be another 30 mins- this was 9.15pm. Eventually battled our way into the warmth & felt we had no choice to stay as they make you pay for the full meal before hand. Reluctantly let in, and pointed down to the nightclub area, hardly a relaxing setting for dinner. We couldn’t get served for a drink!! Made a call & decided we wanted a refund at 9.45pm , the manager refused saying “it’s unreasonable for us to not be flexible about a 30 minute delay on a reserved table in a busy restaurant”. The term restaurant is used in its loosest form here, really where the dining tables were was in the middle of a packed bar!! We were told to give the manager 5 mins to “find a table” where was our reservation?? He came back after 10 mins & said we could have a refund, but not in cash or by card there, he would email the lead booker of our group. Completely & utterly ruined the evening!! If I could give zero I would- AVOID!!!!!

Disgusting place if you would like to get beat up by bouncers then this is the place to go! Tell all your friends and family do NOT go to this vile place. On Saturday innocent people was getting beaten up by bouncers and even a young girl got pushed on the floor by the bully’s!!!

A lady asked for my ID upon entrance which I was happy to show, as I get questioned a lot because I look quite young and am only 18. She then showed it to the bouncer who looked at it and then passed it back to me, we then went inside and sat at our table. The bouncer then come over and asked to see my ID again, and again I was happy to show him even though he has already approved it. He went back out, and then came back again and asked for my ID for the third time! And then he came back to our table and continued to say ‘You’re not 18, you need to leave’. This man clearly shouldn’t be a bouncer, as he couldn’t even work out that people born in August of 1999 are now 18. He then came back for the fourth time, and said to my boyfriend that he’d buy him a drink and then continued to apologise to him. I got no apology, and neither did I get offered a free drink (not that I wanted one from him anyway). The service from the bouncer was absolutely appalling, and I am disgusted by the way I was treated when I did nothing wrong.
