Good morning, the weatherman said last night that “it’s become Autumnal & it’s going to ☔️ today” - so if you want to go 🏃‍♀️ but not get wet- You need to go this morning or have a gym membership! SRC is @ 9am & we’re open from 10:30-16:30 if you need therapy shopping

SRC Summer Social @ a pub in Teddington (venue TBC) Friday 7th September from 19:00 A chance to chat about running, rather than just going for a run- whilst imbibing copious amounts of Carbohydrate fuelled 🍷 🍺 , or chat about whatever other subjects that take your fancy (Brexit conversations however are banned!) All SRC and honorary guests are welcome to attend

Good morning- after a conversation @ SRC Intervals last night- it got me thinking about how we can help each other to achieve PB’s especially @ 5km, by utilising parkrun on Saturday, which I know many of you attend( for a variety of reasons- Cake, Camaraderie, Social, & chasing that elusive PB. We are very fortunate to have quite a few locally- Bushy Park, Crane Park, Old Deer Park, Sunbury(London Irish),Kingston Towpath, Bedfont Lakes, & Richmond Park. My thoughts are that we share with each other either via this page, or have a conversation next time you’re down @ SRC- if you are wanting to get quicker times and are happy to meet up at @ a chosen venue & run together to help each other achieve this! Obviously running at together @ SRC will help to achieve this as well

Good morning- SRC is 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ tonight @18:30 We regularly have conversations about whether it is easier to run with others or run solo - it’s certainly been proven that if you want to get quicker then running with others is definitely the way forward as you pull each other along and encourage each other, plus 🏃‍♀️ with disassociation makes the run go quicker #SRCcamaraderie #weloverunning

Wicked service, didn’t feel overwhelmed having never ran before, no waiting around and overall top notch service. Think the guy who served me was called James so hats off to him!!

Upgraded my running shoes, and with the help of the rep from Brooks shoes who was present, I got the correct type and size. The advice she gave was excellent and the service from Sweatshop staff excellent. Very happy.

The guys at Sweatshop offer the best in-debt advise for running gear. Tim is the best manager the company has ever had!

Sweatshop, Broad Street - Teddington.

Over the last 6 months, I've taken up walking. I was advised by my foot care specialist to go to Sweatshop in Teddington for suitable trainers.

This store took photographs of my feet, checked my walking gate, fitted me with Foot Balance insoles and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after doing my walk (6 months later), I noticed that the trainers had worn in the heal. I returned to the shop with my receipt and original box, expecting them to quibble the replacement. My experience could have been more different. After explaining to them my walking habits, etc., they showed concern at the early deterioration of the product. They had no problem exchanging the trainer. In fact, they replaced it with a more expensive product than I'd originally purchased. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

I want to extend my gratitude to all the staff that assisted me today (Daniella, Tim and Ross). It is refreshing to know in this day and age that there is a store out there that really do see value in after sales care. I will be recommending this store to everyone I meet from here on. I will always go to Sweatshop first to purchase my sportswear. Thank you guys for your care, consideration, professionalism, knowledge and courteous manner. Julia

I'd very much recommend the Sweatshop in Teddington for running shoes. I thought Tim was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

I love my Adidas Supernovas. Amazing customer service. They give you the time and trials to pick the right trainer for your individual needs. Perfect

As some one said you get a bargin online, but you will not get the correct advice, especially relating to shoes.
