Very impressed with my visit, enjoyed the total man pampering of the hot towel shave. Did not get the whiskey but was unsure if the offer was still on. But still very satisfied. Josie was a star and looked after me.

What a lovely relaxed experience

Hot towel shave, beard trim and a head shave followed by a dram at 10am - what's not to like! A wonderful relaxing experience. A future repeat customer. Thank you so much.

Having been away with work most of the past 18 months, I came back to find Dave had moved and expanded. None of the atmosphere nor customer service has been lost with the additional staff. Recently added a beard to the trim list and I'm highly impressed all round with the service and advice I receive every time.

Had my first ever cut here on Sunday morning, I turned up not realising you had to book but the gentlemen was kind enough to give me a quick cut, he gave me a tour of the shop which I thought was fantastic so much to see thought it was brilliant, I will be going there from now on...... (next time I will book a slot)

Great team, great atmosphere, relaxing, attentive and friendly service. Would recommend!

From my 1st visit I was made to feel very welcome. It must have been the brandy!!!!! Great haircuts and even better banter.

First visit to Sweeney Plod, fantastic re-style of my hair ready for the works Christmas Party. I'll definitely be returning.

Considering the shaking hands and failing eyesight, Dave still somehow manages to cut my barnet into a seemly configuration, leaving at least one of my ears intact (not always the same ear each time of course, that would lead to complacency). Nice to see the old boy still trying hard to meet trade description standards ;-)

Brilliant barbers. Visited today for a complete new hairstyle and fresh looking beard and the knowledge I received was excellent. Very thorough and precise,

Been going here for about six months now and the other day I went in for a shave prior to getting married. It was a wonderfully relaxing way to start our day - once we were done, Dave sat and had a coffee with us while we waited for the taxi. Fantastic service, affable friendly staff and great haircuts. I'd thoroughly recommend!

After a number of years of unfailingly fine service and impeccable haircuts, I find myself looking forward to each new appointment. My wife is becoming suspicious.

Absolute gem of a find! Been thinking about visiting for some time and finally took the plunge. Amazing service and a great laugh from all the staff!! Will return!!!
