Sweet Treat Cupcakes

So it's 11am on a Monday, and usually in not doing very much...so far today I have a fruitcake baked and cooling (drenched in brandy of course!) So my kitchen smells delightfully *insert C word here 🎄*, a St Clements cake is currently baking away, I have 4 batches of ganache made and cooling, buttercreams are under way...would anyone guess I have a busy week after the week off last week?! 😂😂 i may be a little quieter than usual but I am still here working behind the scenes ❤❤ Happy Monday!!!

Yesterday's cake 😍 a pretty drip cake, only half depth as it was just to be shared with the birthday girls small family, with 6 matching lemon cupcakes

Dates for next August (2019) are limited for weekends - July has limited availability
And I'm closed this year from Sunday 23rd December until Friday 4th January for Christmas 🙈 I know it's early!

Vikki made the most amazing chocolate drip cake as a surprise for my fiancé 30th birthday a few months ago, she even asked which chocolates we would like on top at no extra cost. We were that amazed we have asked Vikki to make our wedding cake next year. Thanks again Vikki can't wait for next year �

Oh my goodness, what can I say?!?

Vikki made us the most incredible four tiered naked cake for our wedding in July. It was made from a whopping 16 layers of sponge and filled with buttercream! Not only did it look out of this world fantastic but it also tasted delicious.

Vikki was really helpful and so quick to answer any query or concern that I may have.

The cake arrived at the venue whilst my husband and I were busy walking down the aisle at the church. Once we had arrived at the venue, all anybody said to me 'Oh my god, YOUR CAKE!!!!!'

I couldn't recommend Vikki highly enough.

Not had one cake I've disliked best home made cakes I've ever tasted. Always have one with a cup of tea and never dissapointed. Strongly recommend the Oreo ones and the ice cream ones there my two fav so far butt Vikki always come up with new things and my taste buds are always satisfied. Never using anyone else for occasions again I found my lady!!!!

I ordered some scotch egg cream eggs for Easter and can not tell you how amazing they were!! I adored the brownie outer shell as much as the centre!! Great job Vikki keep up the amazing work!x
