Highly recommend!

I was wanting to go to New Zealand to see my daughter and she suggested that we end the visit by going to Sydney for a few days. After that, Mark at Swords Travel simply took over and arranged literally everything else. I did nothing other than benefit from all his hard work. A trip like this is not cheap and I am so glad that I left it up to an experienced professional to ensure that everything was cost-effective and complete down to the last detail. I can definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

I have recently booked a holiday through swords travel which was absolutely effortless. I contacted mark gave him some details on a Sunday evening and by Monday lunch time my wife and I are booked to go to vagus, Grand Canyon by helicopter, a holiday in Cancun with all the flights and transfers . By far the easiest holiday I have booked. Such great service , will definitely use swords travel again.

I have not used a travel agent in years and had spent about 5 months trying to book a holiday to the USA and Canada with multiple stops (including accommodation). After much frustrated research and indecision I decided to see what a travel agent could do... well! I called Swords and spoke to Mark, and 36 hours later he had an itinerary for me! I then proceeded to chop and change my routing and dates several times, and each time Mark seamlessly delivered the results the next day. It was amazing and so timely. Just before I left a printed package of my travel bookings arrived in the post, which was great as the hotels only wanted to see the vouchers, they were not interested in just our names. I returned from my wonderful holiday yesterday, and would highly recommend Mark and Swords travel, it really put the pleasure back into the holiday prep and took away the pain! Great service and had an amazing holiday booked via Swords Travel! I booked quite a last minute spa weekend with Swords Travel, and Mark and Stuart were so friendly, professional and helpful.
