About Synergy Martial Arts - Tonbridge

Taekwon-Do (TKD) is a modern form of self defence originating from Korea. Tonbridge TKD runs out of Angel Centre in Tonbridge. Tonbridge TKD's Chief Instructor is Mr. Tim Dunn (VI Degree).

Synergy Martial Arts - Tonbridge Description

ITF Kids is a course for 3-6 year old's. It comprises some aspects of Taekwon-Do but also has a syllabus comprising Fire Safety, Stranger Danger, Water Safety and many more important life-skills.

TKD Kids is a children’s class for 6 years and above is ideal for kids requiring “personal life skills” including Self Discipline, Confidence, goal setting and respect. Our classes are a great way for your child to release extra energy in a safe, fun and constructive way.

TKD Adults classes are fitness and self-defence orientated. Lasting 1 and a half hours, each class consists of a variety of different areas in Taekwon-Do.

Tonbridge TKD juniors being interviewed and filmed by bbc southeast today about the upcoming world championships in Germany next week.
The clip was shown tonight and is available on bbc iplayer 16.46 into the show.
