The best service I have ever received. In an emergency, services managed to squeeze me in, gave me a lift home and arranged for my car to get back to me. I seriously could never ask for more. I have never had a complaint for Motherwell Landrover Services. You are all stars and extremely helpful both to me and my husband. Thank you.

Ordered a car through them in June. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process by Scott Mather (Motherwell branch).

I went in looking at cars and walked out with a brand new Nissan Juke. No pressure, no sales nonsense. Friendly service, given space and honest advice not like Arnold Clark where I was stalked round the forecourt ! Stuart Mc was helpful and I am looking forward to getting my new car

Can't complain .. they said the recall on my car would take an hour n that's exactly what it took. Customer service were very pleasant n helpful n they even gave my car a wash

Bought an Evoque 7 weeks ago from Grant Downie in your Motherwell showroom. He was an excellent salesman.

Got a nail in my rear tyre. Took the car in and my puncture was fixed and car valeted free of charge. Now that's what I call service.

Love my purchase from Taggarts and will be back.

Unbelievable ! I visited this Taggarts showroom with my brother Two weeks ago. Within minutes we were approached by a salesman and we explained to him that my brother was looking for a particular model of Nissan in automatic and no older than a 2014 model.

The salesman in question told us that they had one which ticked all the boxes and had everything we were looking for, but it was in their showroom in Gateshead. This however was not an issue as he could have the car brought up for us if we were interested in buying it. We agreed to take the dealer up on their offer and the salesman told us that he would contact us the following day to confirm when the car would be transferred.



Over the course of the next week we had no communication from Taggarts and further to leaving several messages for Kenny (salesman) to call us back with no response, we decided that either the salesman had more days off work than Santa clause or he wasn't interested in the sale.



If this is the way this dealership treat customers who are looking to BUY something, then I shudder to think what they would be like to deal with if you had a problem.



On the bright side of things, my brother managed to source a similar vehicle and bought it through the Western Nissan showroom in Edinburgh.

It was a little further to travel but their service has been First class.

This garage is a complete and utter joke now. I don't think the servicing department know what to do with a Land Rover. Our car is now back in for the third time to get things sorted that they had supposedly all ready done. I have lost faith in them. All the experienced staff have left and gone to Braehead. They can't even do an Mot because they don't have anyone suitably qualified. Every time we go out in the car we are just waiting on the next thing going wrong and that's not good. Twice in the past week we have had to curtail our day because we had restricted performance fault and now today we can't lock it. Don't even ask about how long it took them to replace a sensor after its service.

They let my Wife leave after a Service without telling her that the car had a DANGEROUS TYRE that could EXPLODE at any moment. I complained when I found out but NO REPLY from CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER !!! so BEWARE !!! ⛔️

Terrible aftersales service .... approved Range Rover Sport supposedly .... thousands on warranty , repeat faults (that have supposedly been fixed) oil pishing over my drive and now a handbrake that is stuck on..... avoid taggarts folks.

Taggarts LANDROVE Customers-Be aware. My Evoque went in a few days ago 5 months after it went in for the same problem. Service required. On getting the car back on Monday the car had been taken on a 60 mile round trip for a test drive????? Really??? Come on Taggarts. Half a tank on taking the car away a quarter left on return. On challenging them I was told oh we will get someone to call you back. 36 hours later still no call. No reason to take it to Biggar and back on a DPF re-set. Car clearly says 20 mins over 40mph. Yet you have the cheek to ask for £15 for a courtesy car. Shame on you.

Please be aware ,,,,,, before you buy anything from TAGGART get all details in writing. As they don't honour the deals made when purchasing your car and you only find out when you try to get the original deal HONOURED.



Also its a bad day when the GENERAL MANAGER wont take up your complaint , and talks over you on the phone only trying to get out of his responsibilities.





I for one will never deal with this company again , as for the general manager , they should send him on a man management course to brush up on his people skills.

He was very brave over the telephone.

Maryhill taggarts has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. There is no communication between staff and the way they speak and deal with customer is horrendous! There is a selected few that are good and it’s a shame seeing them in a place like this that holds a bad reputation for them all. Wouldn’t reccomend this place to anyone at all. Go elsewhere make the journey to get your car elsewhere trust me it’s worth the travel than being made to feel small and treated like shit.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star . The service is terrible. They have no idea what's going on . And when you phone your passed all over the country. I will be travelling further a field to get my car fixed from now on .

I bought a brand new car in February this year & the sales rep was great however since then I have had some servicing issues and the customer service I have received has been shocking! I work in a customer service environment & would never treat a customer in this way.

Crap service. 'Cared For' car never checked before I bought it, so straight back in to get air con fixed, and jangly drop link. Then recently in for service and mot and got it back with a small dent in the door and passenger floor well full of leaves. Currently being ignored about the dent.

Contacted them yesterday morning. Waited in all day for reply. Contacted them again this morning. Still waiting...

Bought a Range Rover Vogue mk4 14 months ago and this has been in 14 times and still not fixed, avoid going to Motherwell Taggarts as I keep getting fobbed off
