I am Clare and I am a yoga teacher and practitioner of shiatsu and reflexology massage for women in Colchester and London in the UK. I offer 1: 1 training, treatments, classes and workshops.

Takeshiatsu Description

"Ta ke" is Japanese for bamboo - symbol of strength in flexibility. This is because when the bamboo branch is under strain, it doesn't break, it moves and changes shape and stays strong.
