Three willingfull trainees have joined our ship in Bangor to gain sailing and lifetime experience. They have been learning how to set sails, how to make knots and navigate in sea, everything as a proper seaman should know. We hope they enjoyed their time on board.

Join the Earl of Pembroke for a marvellous voyage from London to Sunderland.
You will step aboard the ship at Woolwich Arsenal Pier, London. Our friendly crew will welcome you on board and explains all about the ship, the (safety) rules, the watch system, etc.
Before we head for open sea, we will sail further up the Thames to see the highlights of this great city from the water. You will be able to see a magnificent Parade of Sail with other tall ships leaving London. After ...that we will sail down the Thames to the North Sea.
All guests will take part in the watch system and we ask everyone to participate in navigation, sail handling, lookout, etc. At the end of the voyage we arrive in Sunderland where the Tall Ships Festival will be held. Before you disembark you have time visit the other ships and enjoy festive celebrations.
Price: £ 360. This price includes accommodation, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and tea, coffee.

I have had a fantastic time on a board of Pembruke! The crew made me feel as I am a part of them. Being absolutely new to sailing, they were patient and made sure I lean the skills I need. Each and every member of the crew loving there job and this made me want to work hard to keep up.

If I have another chance, I would definitely sail with Duke of Pembruke again!��
