Hey guys .. Sorry to everyone for not posting in a while. I'm currently not taking any new clients for the time being for a couple of reasons.. I'm so close to finishing my massage therapy course so I'm focusing all my spare time on that and I will be moving house next month so my massage area will soon be filled with boxes and mess so it makes sense to hold off until I'm in my new house and all settled in. I will let you know once I'm taking new client appointments again 💫 I'm looking forward to setting up a new space in a new house and a new area. Much love,Tasha xx

The red dots below represents the trigger points in the back. Alot of the time the main source of pain is actually coming from a trigger point somewhere completely different to where you're actually experiencing pain
